They talk the talk but when you need them they aren’t anywhere to be found. Call this place 3 weeks ago wanted to set up an appointment (note that was NOT the first time we called them) we needed help. Never returned my call. One Saturday I got the run around I called 3 times and each time they said that they would call me back. Guess what no one called.

They do very good work on computers. They saved the hard drive on my desktop after it had been invaded by something when I was installing store-​bought software.
I brought several notebooks in to have pestware (factory installed Norton A/​V) removed and other work done. Reasonable prices and good turnaround.
On the other hand, we requested a quote on a multi-​camera setup for a townhome complex, and after coming out and checking the property, never got back to us. I couldn’t get a call back after calling in, which is very strange because we’d had such good result with the computers and no communications issues.
So I recommend for the computer repair, but not for the security cameras, based on our experience.
