I called customer service to confirm that they had the book I needed on their shelves, and the gentleman who helped me was very willing and helpful. I placed the order online at 2pm and they were able to ship it out the SAME DAY! Since I am also in Southern California, I received it the next day, which is pretty incredible. The book was «used» but in sublime condition! Always happy to support local businesses, I plan on going to these guys first before Amazon.
