I honestly wouldn’t give any stars but I have to! I just went there at 12 in the afternoon. Drive thru service is bad! I was ordering and the girl taking my order would repeat my drink in such a bitchy way and would keep saying that she couldn’t hear me and I was literally yelling. I went up to the window and didn’t even say hi or anything. Just took my money and left. Each drink she gave me she would practically throw it at me. I got 3 drink. Mine was the iced coffee and it had NOFLAVOR at all! I order it EXACTLY the same everywhere and today it taste so nasty. I told her it was super strong with no flavor. She she said«well I made it and I know how many pumps I put». I was going to say«ok whatever it’s fine». But why would I do that. I paid for my drink and I wasn’t even going to drink it if I took it like that. And she was being so rude so I told her no it wasn’t good and she took it from my hand and threw it out to re do it. She didn’t mix anything. You can see the layers everything. She opened the drive thru window and gave it to me without saying anything and closed the window. What a xxxxx seriously.

Has to be one of the slowest Starbucks. All I wanted was a cold coffee and it was sitting there being neglected with four baristas and no one in place. Yes there’s a huge line for the drive through, but you do have to take care of the ones in the retail store. Parking is terrible in this little lot. I think there’s about ten spots but most likely filled by the workers. There’s a subway and another store in this tiny plaza. Shout out to the little biznatch that stole our parking spot. As we were waiting for a spot with our blinkers on waiting, she swooped in and took our spot without any remorse. Good bye and never coming back here.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years in the morning on my way to work & I want to start by saying the employees are friendly & courteous. But the reason for my review is that consistently for the last 2 months the staff hasn’t been helpful. I get a strawberry lemonade fizzed & have been told 3 – 4 times a week that they can’t fizz it because they don’t know how to work the fizz machine. I really can’t imagine it is that hard to operate & you shouldn’t offer fizzed drinks if nobody knows how to use it. I then push back & say ask someone else & was told the machine was broken. I don’t believe that either. Please train you employees on the fizz machine or take it out. Thanks

Ive been here plenty of times but today was the worst. Horrible service. Waited on drive thru for 20 minutes. My drink was still not ready when I came up to the window. Then was greeted with horrible customer service. I’ve been to busier locations and waited just as long but when the customer service is not good, its not worth it to return.

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. this location has a drive thru I decided to go in and order my drink. I was the only customer inside, I stood at the counter waiting to order. After 5 minutes of waiting and watching the employees ignore my presence and continue their conversation among themselves, finally one girl stopped talking and came to help me. Thinking my bad experience was over, I waited patiently for another 7 – 10 mins for my drink and watched how the girl making my drink kept stopping to talk to an off duty employee about what kind of food the place next door had. Customer service is horrible and I won’t come back. My suggestion get employees that actually want to work.

Avoiding this location from now on! The pickup area is so small and even when hovering about the gal never inquired whether I needed anything when I finally had space to get in there, I finally said I have a mobile order and she said, what? Nobody taught her the use of excuse/pardon me? When I repeated myself she asked my name and she handed me my drink that had been sitting there. Drive thru and parking also sucks. Thank goodness for the many other locations.

If I could I would give no stars. My friend and I got two drinks and both tasted like water with a little bit of sweetener. It was my first time trying chestnut praline latte so I didn’t know what to expect, but I thought it was unusually bad tasting. When my friend tasted her green tea latte and said it didn’t taste like anything, we knew the drinks weren’t made right. We didn’t want to bother going back for drinks we got with a gift card. Instead, we drove to Coffee Bean, dumped our badly made Starbucks drinks and got well-made Coffee Bean drinks — yum. We should have stuck with Coffee Bean in the first place!!!

For a Starbucks that is not only on a busy street, but also right off the freeway, with the«amenity» of a drive-thru(yes, I put amenity in quotations, because this drive-thru takes longer than ordering a full meal in a restaurant), they reeeeeeally need to step their productivity up. FIRSTVISIT: There was a line of people inside(I walked in, instead of drive thru). I ordered a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Got my coffee right away, because it’s drip, nothing special. My sandwich, however, must have gotten lost in the shuffle because it was another 10 minutes before the barista checked on me and apologized telling me my sandwich would be right up. A few minutes later, I was out the door. I figured this was a mistake because it was busy, so I decided to give them another chance since its on my route to work. SECONDVISIT: I stopped in, again went inside instead of driving thru. I ordered a venti iced coffee and a breakfast wrap. I WASTHEONLYPERSONINSIDETHESTORETHISTIME — no line, no one else in the lobby. I got my coffee. 10 minutes pass, no sign of my food. The barista who took my order realizes I’m still standing there and looks surprised. She apologizes and tells me my food will be up in «just a minute». Another 5 pass. She tells me again, it will be up in «just a minute». FINALLY after another minute I get my wrap and head the hell out of there, vowing never to go there again. Over 15 minutes waiting and being the only person in line is ridiculous. Now, cue my wife wanting her damn chocolate croissant… THIRD(and final) VISIT: I warned her that the service and speed at this location is abysmal at best. We decide to drive thru, hoping it may be faster. NOSUCHLUCK. We just spent 24… Yes TWENTY-FOURMINUTES in the drive thru, with maybe 4 cars in front of us. How is that okay?! We ordered an iced coffee, chocolate croissant, and a hazelnut frappucino. The cars in front of us didn’t look like they were receiving any type of huge special order or anything. And after three terrible visits, I can only assume this is the standard norm for this place. I’ll be writing to corporate directly. This place needs either a better trained team, or new management staff. It’s awful.

What else can you say about Starbucks that hasn’t been said before. Great drinks, tasty snacks, friendly staff. This place is no different. The bad part is the drive-thru is always crowded in the morning and its hard to get out of because the people trying to get into the drive-thru blocks one entrance and the other has heavy traffic on because it’s close to the intersection. So when I go here, I always walk inside and have to wait at least a signal light to get out of the parking lot.

I work up the street and Every time i come here always so rude. Went the the drive thru. Order 2 tall Java fraps and once I got to the window order another one.(Sorry last min) Girl with glasses rolled her eyes at me. So rude not even a greeting and on top of it got my whole order wrong. Had to go back in to fix it Some young man very sweet helped out by fixing my order. But over off to the side I saw the girl mumble something over to him. Very upsetting

This Starbucks store is so awesome. I’ve been going to this store every now and then. I’ve never had any problems here. Most of the time, I’ll be hanging out inside the store for hours. Drink: I usually get my Caramel White Mocha Frap. Love it every second of it. Service: Excellent service from the baristas, especially Ashley. They really know great customer service is a must. No question asked. Thanks!!!

With these guys updating all the coffee varieties actually the choices are better. With the foot traffic being so heavy at some of these stores maybe they need to open one a couple blocks away like the donut shops do?
