This Starbucks can be a hit and miss. My ADVISE CHECK YOUR DRINKS BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!! And Pay No Mind to the cashiers ATTITUDE… RUDE! Drinks aren’t cheap. You should get what you pay for.

The absolute WORST Starbucks in Los Angeles county which is saying something. Rude & incompetent staff. Their motto at this Starbucks is «If it’s something you really want, there’s ZERO chance we’ll have in stock & if we do have it, we’ll just say we don’t cause this IS Norwalk where we don’t give a shit about anything.» There are no shortages of Starbucks — find any other one than this one. It sucks in all the worse ways.

I continue to try this location with bad luck everytime. They have the worst customer service. Staff need extra training on customer service and to be knowledgeable about the drinks they are making
I ordered a Holiday Spice flat white decaf, after waiting a long time for my drink… oh yeah, they can’t make it decaf. What the heck. The Barista should have known that and I should have had my money refunded! The Barista was rude and unapologetic. Ugh! Starbucks I love you but cannot tolerate this stuff!

Somewhat inattentive !!! Is this job too early for. Starting the day ?? or was it because the stocking had not been done by the shift that closed .but I’ve notice in the pass. The concern is more on the drive thru and not the customer walking in. Visit quite frequently. Lemon loaf is hard and dry !!

On multiple occasions I’ve come here and ordered a
XLG green tea, sweetened with light ice.
And 3 times already I have received my tea unsweetened. Now I don’t know if you guys are in a rush or not but what’s the deal? I talk very clearly into the mic and about half the time I don’t even get my order read back to me. I usually get a quick «that’ll be $ 2.95 at the first window» response.
This is bad customer service!

Thanks for my $ 4 cup of ice this Starbucks is alright they get your drinks out quick in the morning but employees are not friendly at all; I forgot my card the other day and had to pay 1 $ In change, I don’t carry much cash and I apologized to the barista in the drive thru window and she didn’t say anything and shoved my drink in my hand and shut the window without saying anything, stupid b**** I’ve worked at a Starbucks before they are huge about customer service u don’t like customers or change shit happens girl you need an attitude adjustment and a new job thanks Starbucks…

Best Starbucks ever!!! My go to stop on my way to work! They never get my drink wrong, except for maybe once but I let them know and they gave me a new one and it came out amazing! The staff is always super friendly which always makes the drink and experience that much more awesome!!!
There is this one employee in particular that is usually at the drive through, I should know her name by now with all the times I’ve gone, but she should be given a raise and promotion!!! Barista at the drive through with long maybe light brown to dark blonde hair with colored eyes… you’re the best!!!
So I finally found out the baristas name at the drive through her name is Jordan and well… she deserves a raise and promotion. Always has a smile on her face and is super nice. Thanks Jordan!

Heads up! This will be a scathing review. When you go to Starbucks in the morning, it is because you need your dose of coffee badly. I ordered a grande soy cappuccino today. I got back to work and I found a half foam half coffee mess! Icalled Starbucks to complain and the girl who answered said, that’s what cappuccino is! Half foam and half coffee. What happened to my milk?! I know cappuccino has foam you snarky little — – ! Not this much foam! I’ve never had a cappuccino made like this. No apology just a snarky little comment. You deserve this review.

I used to love this place — staff knew your name and for the regular knew their orders but ever since they had a staff change early this year service just continues to falter. I mean how do you mix up and order when you have 3 customers?

Update!
Almost one year later, I’ve decided to make this updated review longer.
This store is still great. I usually come to this Starbucks location once in a while due to the fact I visit 3 – 4 other Starbucks sometime too. This store is pretty closed to my workplace.
Drinks are still pretty good in my book. I can’t get enough of getting some coffee anytime throughout the day. Also, the baristas are still very friendly and they know how to do their job like always. And as long Sergio is working in this store, I’m an happy customer.
Couple things I didn’t mention on my previous review are the drive-​thru, Yes, this store have a drive-​thru, and it does get pretty busy throughout the day.
Highly recommended.

I’ve gone to this drive thru 4 times in the last 2 weeks and every single time, they mess up my order. I always order the same thing: hazelnut iced coffee WITH milk and every time they hand me my drink, it’s black as hell. Every time I have to tell them to add milk. Every time they look at me like I’m the most annoying person in the world. These baristas are all stoners and the guy at the drive thru always has eye boogers and dirty finger nails. Take a shower before coming to work, bro. NEVER coming to this place again, even if it’s the last Starbucks in the universe.

My husband and I visit 2 – 3 Starbucks a day. He loves morning hot coffee. I have to order few times a day. I Refill ordered same in the morning. One of the male staff ask me «did you buy it in the morning?» I say yes. He is moving slow he show two baristas my cups. And another barista she take a money and she said «I open the store in the morning» and said «you have to supposed to buy a coffee» in front another customer. And back side another two barista back talk on me and said I’m «sneaky» they are face laughing at me”. Which was very RUDE

If you’re out of classic syrup and someone orders a black tea lemonade SWEETENED, wouldn’t you let them know? Priscilla (drive-​thru) definitely did not. She also sounded annoyed right from the get-​go as if ordering an apple juice box was a waste of her time.
I’m at the window and I get my drink. Noticing there was no ‘sweetened’ on the label I ask if it was sweetened. She says no. I ask if they usually put classic in to sweeten it, She tells me with an annoyed tone as if she told me a million times before, that they ran out. She then tells me they have other sweeteners like sugar if I would like it. Are you serious? I would have ordered something totally different had I known!
1 star for the nice girl on the phone who gave me Priscilla’s name (and the default I had to give to write this). Hopefully it was the right drive-​thru girl ’cause Priscilla needs to go through customer service training again.

I really like this Starbucks. Everyone is always really friendly. I would have given them 5 stars, but they’ve messed up my drink a couple of times. (I.e. Not getting soy instead of milk). Often times I’m in the drive thru and don’t notice the mistake until I get to work. At that point, there’s no turning back.
Starbucks is Starbucks, but they get bonus points at this one because I’ve never encountered an unfriendly person.
The drive thru moves really quickly, which is perfect for the person on the run!
Thanks for being super nice, and making delicious drinks (99% of the time).

Drinks: Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher; London Fog
Takes: Whoa! They actually got the London Fog down without me showing them the recipe! Sweet! This is a great place to study, grab a drink, and get your stuff together!
Baristas: Always so friendly; they go the extra mile to make sure you are taken cared of
Tables: Clean and most except for two inside are near outlets (however, these two are still close enough to the outlets that you can simply ask the person closer to it if you can share). Outdoor seating is also available.
Location: Hands down the reason why I LOVE this Starbucks is that is walking distance to the 24 hour fitness. They also have a drive thru!
Bathrooms: Clean! :D
Music: They do crank up the music later on in the night; if this bothers you, do bring your headphones!
Parking: Private parking shared with 24 hour, Subway, etc.
Bottom line: Go here for your pre/​post-​workout Starbucks fix!
Highly recommended.

Why is it that parking seems soo hard to find in this little mini mall area? I don’t understand how it is possible but I guess 24 hour fitness is really hogging up all the parking spaces.
Good thing this one does have a drive thru window !! Which is awesome. I come here quite a bit when I am on my way to the 5 freeway. It is the easiest way to get a quick drink when you are in a rush!
When I order a drink it is exactly what I get ! They do me right and I don’t have any complaints !!
The new mocha coconut drink is pretty killer especially if you add two extra shots of espresso and don’t put any of the chocolate drizzle !! It doesn’t taste as sweet as how it would originally be.
Service is friendly and not that many people come to this one and they give you the drinks pretty fast ! :) I’m a total fan of Starbucks and I do enjoy how it is on every block.
