MedCoast Ambulance are not honest. They do not verify patient’s insurance coverage before parient left the hospital. The Manager claimed that they got an approval authorization from the Insurance Company. The patient was informed 4 months after and abandoned the patient who is terminally ill getting dialysis. Sent the patient to collections.

The owners are stand up guys! They run a respectable company that strives for more than just the money in your pocket. That’s a lot to say since LA County is the mother of shady ambulance companies. They also pay and treat their employees decently.
