If I could give Frontier negative 10 stars, that would be better than they deserve! First when they switched over from Verizon, I lost service for 8 days! No internet, no phone. I had to call dozens of times to get it resolved. Then when I finally got it restored, they only offered me $ 25 for my trouble. Then I requested my due date for the auto-debit to be a specific day, they told me it was taken care of but it wasn’t. the date they charged the auto-debit was a date I specifically asked them not to! And I never got my refund. Then they skipped a month and charged me more than double for the next month — and still on an unacceptable date. When I called I was on hold forever, then disconnected, then on hold forever again, and no resolution, only lame excuses. I was happy with Verizon — Frontier is by far \the WORST service provider I’ve ever encountered. I honestly don’t know how they stay in business, I’ve never heard anyone have anything positive to say about them.

Frontier services are incredibly subpar and don’t meet the needs of the consumers. With IOT as a growing trend, customers can’t wait for a week for their connectivity to be restored. It results in lost wages as well as personal safety. Verizon had a much quicker response time.

The worst customer service of any company ever! Took 40 minutes to answer the phone and when they did answer quickly shifted me over to another person! That person could not answer my questions or even make an appt for me! Kept putting me on hold and asking me my address information 4 times and suddenly another voice popped up and they couldn’t make an appt for me either and then just hung up on me. I was on the phone for an hour and 40 minutes! Ridiculously unprofessional! They need to be fired!
