I’ll just say Tyler is very personable and truly enjoys what he does. He’s honest and upfront. He has always responds to my phone calls and emails. He’s a great fit for regular and emergency service. I’m glad I found you Tyler!

While Tyler does do a decent job of spa service, his book keeping skills are none existent and decided to stop servicing our spa without notice. After reaching out to him he said it was because of past due amount, yet he. Would never reply with my request to reconcile his invoices with my payments. He never sends a statement, only periodic invoices that vary each time. So I decided to prepay $ 400 to make it say, but never got a statement, instead just more invoices. Never reconciled. He stopped showing up without notice. I call all of that great customer service. Not. Warning, go elsewhere!

I was out of town when my neighbor called me to tell me my pool had turned green.
I called my usual «pool guy» and, after no response to multiple calls, I starting calling others.
Tyler got back to me within minutes, was there taking care of the pool 3 hours later and has been wonderfully responsive since. Not only is the pool now perfect, but his rates are quite reasonable. He also uses environmentally friendly chemicals as much as possible. Friendly, easy-​going and communicative, he has been a pretty wonderful find.

True Blue is the best in the county. I worked with another pool service company and was extremely disappointed in the shoddy service, lack luster attitude and bad communication. Working with True Blue was the opposite of that! Tyler always answers the phone, he is very professional and a great guy. He explains everything to me and is very honest and up front. I have recommended him to all my friends who have pools.

It took me a while to find someone who would actually answer their phone and show up on time. I’m glad Tyler was the one who did! He is taking care of our pool and spa, and they look better than they ever have. He shows up on schedule, returns phone calls, and really knows his stuff. Nice guy to boot!

Oh man, bought a place and the pool/​spa were a mess. Tyler came over and turned the pool/​spa into a Kiva-​like oasis. He is dependable, knowledgeable and uses eco friendly products. I also liked how he explained what he was doing and saved me from having to rip out everything and start over.
