Love Deetz but when u schedule your appointment at 10 am (first one) and don’t get called up till 11. And wait in room alone for another 25 min. Kinda bull shit. No reason for it.

Professional? absolutely not. Brought my sick mom here. She’s in a wheelchair and very, very ill. We showed up and the receptionist blindsided us by saying they were switching us to Dr. Singh. We specifically wanted Dr. Deetz because he is the Dr. we were strongly referred to. Then, 15 minutes later the receptionist told us, «We’re really sorry to do this to you, but the Dr. had something come up, we have to reschedule you.» Hardly the compassion I’d expect from an Infectious Disease Specialist’s office. I’ll have no problem suing these people if Mom gets sicker from being pawned off and then put on the back burner. Freaking Docs these days only care about their co-​pays
