Brad Postal was our property manager for over 3 years. He is extremely kind and was always very timely regarding our needs and requests. It’s such a breath of fresh air to have a property manager that you can relate to and seems to really care.

Brad and Dawn took great care of me and my roommates over the last two years. I’ve had some serious slumlords during my time in Santa Cruz, and I’m so glad these guys came along to show me how it’s done. They understand that property management and customer service can, in fact, coexist.
They are very reasonable, understanding, and willing to work with you if any issues come up, but otherwise, they stay out of your business and let you live your life.
I hope to have the opportunity to work with them again in the future.
If you are considering renting from them, do it.
If you are a landlord looking for a property manager, call them. Immediately.
