My baby daughter was enrolled for almost 10 months. I am overall happy with the daycare and the teachers, especially Alejandrina, who is experienced, sweet, and very caring with all the kids. The building is nice & clean. Outdoor space feels small though. I feel that the teachers are not very enthusiastic and happy in their job in general. They all look tired, unhappy, not smiley, stressed… Many times, I had not even a Hello, good morning… while I was dropping my kids. Environment and atmosphere is not warm/welcoming. The biggest issue I had was the lack of entertainment, activities, interaction with the kids. This is valid for the infant room. Many times, babies are just sitting on the floor, while the teacher is cleaning dishes or busy doing something else… They all should focus on the kids and not on the kitchen. They should hire a cleaning lady for that… They have lots of kids enrolled and not enough staff looking after them. Some young teacher are inexperienced and unfriendly. There are missing some good & professional teachers.

went to pick up grandson and recently new worker yelled at the kids to sit down. my grandson was sitting with fingers in mouth and looked scared ! when. he got home asked him if he didn’t like or if someone was being mean. he made a sign of pulling his wrist and teacher yelled at him, I am so upset! That’s Pop’s Little Man neither I nor his cousins or mom speak to him like that. DON’T BEFOOLED!!!

My daughter was at Noah’s Ark from Dec 2011 to Dec 2012 from 11 months to 23 months old. We left because of a move that had nothing to do with Noah’s Ark. In fact we would have liked to bring them us, especially Alejandrina and Delores! I have no idea where the other comments come from, but we found the teachers to be thoughtful and caring, and most importantly, they genuinely loved our daughter. We trusted them as anyone who leaves a kid at daycare must, and they did much more than just take care of her– they cared for her. Yes, there were clean toys, labeled binkies, they fed her our vegetarian diet, etc, etc, etc. Our daughter is polite and cheerful and awesome and knows english and spanish! Noah’s Ark played a large role in helping us raise our child while we worked. We are grateful that our daughter spent some very important developmental time there.
