I needed to switch away from horrible T-​Mobile. Jessica knew the different alternative providers by heart and immediately figured out the best option. She helped with porting the old number and followed up during the next days as the new provider had trouble with the porting. I can compare this to Radio Shack down the road where I went a few times, to buy SIM cards for friends: each time I had wait for a long time, the staff was always unfriendly, didn’t care and doesn’t know a lot about the various options (networks vs minutes vs data vs old phone vs IPhone/​not-​iPhone). Really, this shop is a lot more personal and more efficient than the big, anonymous chains. Plus I am saving 20 $ per month now with the new SIM card.

This is a great store with many options. Whether it be Boost, Virgin, Dish or just some accessories, they have it ALL. They are very hepful and get me in and out in a timely manner. I make a point to stop-​in whenever I’m in Santa Cruz.
