Been to this location 3 times since staying in Scotts Valley. Never had an issue. For my husbands birthday I ordered 4 fresh pizzas and that’s exactly what they were when I picked them up. Guy at the counter has always been nice.
My only complaint, they only stay open until 9. Booo!

The absolute WORST customer service I have EVER had!!! I was born and raised in Detroit, LOVE Little Caesars pizza. NEVER again thanks to Omar behind the counter.

Well, I dont know how comfortable I am giving a cheap pizza place a four star review but I think they deserve it. I ordered six pizzas for a kids party and everyone liked it. The service at the counter was helpful and professional. They cooked the pizzas in 10 minutes so no waiting. I definitely have spent more money on worse pizza at other places that aren’t fast food joints. So if are hungry for pizza and want to feel like you stole it come here.

We went to have some chicken wings and bread sticks today. This is a carry out business only. And… chicken wings are only available from 4 – 8 pm. We left empty handed. They are missing a great business opportunity.
BTW this is a franchise and Little Caesar’s claims they have minimal control. Hmmmmm
