Laurie Moore, LMFT, CHT, PhD

I have been going to Laurie for several years now and all I can say is HOLY GWOW! When I first went to her I was always sick, in an unhealthy relationship, didn’t have many quality friends & was living in an awful, abusive housing situation. Three years later and all due to her AMAZING wisdom & guidance on all levels, I have developed the strength & self esteem to finally leave my disharmonious relationship and am now in a happy mutually monogamous situation. I am no longer constantly sick and honor my body with a healthy diet and dance/​yoga schedule. I’ve started acting again and was recently in my 2^nd play this school year with a professional theater company. I have more beautiful, quality soulmate sister & brother friends than I’ve ever had in my life. I am on my way to pursuing being a professional salsa dancer this summer, something I didn’t have confidence in myself to do prior, even though I’ve been dancing for nine years. I am also in my 1^st year of grad school, working full-​time, doing it all with the help of her time management coaching & her consistent fostering of the belief in myself & my dreams. She has helped me see that sky is the limit and that anything I want, including perfect health, can be attained in this lifetime. I am now a HEALTHY Migrant Teacher doing social justice work on the daily, an amateur salsa dancer, a grad student, an actress, a part-​time yogi, a playwright in the making & a partner to a beautiful man. My dreams are coming true and unfolding daily. Laurie by far had helped set all this good into motion & I am feeling and reaping the benefits of our collective work together, hope she is too! I am moving through trauma that created my PTSD, anxiety & depression; dancing into this magical love & creativity coming to fruition! I can’t thank her enough for being my therapist!
