We were steered in Johns direction by friends to sort out the long overdue and somewhat harrowing Will and Living Trust. Expeditious service and a really nice guy too boot. Would highly recommend him, he took time to explain the pros and cons, gave us plenty of insight and space to work through this important task. Full marks !

When we were searching for an estate planning attorney, John Curotto was one of the attorneys we were referred to. Although we eventually did not enlist Mr. Curotto for the estate planning, he was very kind and understanding of our situation. He is a true gentleman and very easy to speak to, always friendly, upbeat and very down to earth.

John is a exceptional attorney working in Santa Cruz, I have known him for over 16 years, and hired him in 2005 to set up my family’s estate planning. He is always professional, friendly, patient and wonderful to work with. I also retained him on a different matter and with one simply letter from John the matter was resolved in my favor. He always, returns phone calls quickly and is willing to listen and help find resolution for the issue at hand. I would highly recommend John to anyone needing legal advice and or services. Sira T.

Months ago when I first researched notaries John proved responsive and friendly. I recently had the pleasure to pay his low fee and enjoy the company of a personable, efficient, and eminently competent professional. P. S. His office isn’t that hard to find: the building has a small 3rd floor, visible from the surrounding areas, and the way up is pretty self-explanatory, with a big sign at the final landing.

I didn’t use John’s legal services, but as a notary, he was friendly, helpful and inexpensive at $ 10 a signature. Notaries are one of those services you don’t much think about until you get an official document that has to be notarized. John’s office is on the 3rd floor of a office building that seems designed to confuse visitors, so be prepared if you go looking.
