iCracked Professional iPhone, iPod and iPad Repair

Thought the 619 number was a bit odd for a Santa Cruz business. It’s just a dispatch to a local provider and the lady on the phone informed me their technicians do not perform repairs on iPhone 6 or iPhone 4.

I was straight up in disbelief when Danny said not only could he meet me where ever, but also that he could replace my cracked screen in about 20 minutes!!! I was honestly skeptical, but he arrived on time and was super chill and friendly. Watching him repair my phone right before my eyes was like MAGIC! I could not stop gushing about how excited I was. I was concerned about damage to my microphone and he checked that for me too!!! And at only $ 114 with taxes, I would consider this a steal! (My friends who have had screen work done at apple said they’ve paid upwards of $ 130!!!) I hope I will not need their services again, but should I or someone else I know need a phone repair, i will HIGHLY recommend icracked!!!

It has been 5 days since my phone was repaired, however, I have since noticed that my speaker function for playing audio/​using the speakerphone function is impaired! It is now operating on half its original volume even when the audio is turned all the way up. I saw some mentions of this in previous reviews, but in eagerness to get my phone fixed, I decided to risk it. iCracked offers a lifetime warranty on their repairs, so I have reached out to their warranty department in hopes of getting my speaker function restored to its original state. I will update my review once again pending a follow up repair of my phone.

Perfect! I found them online and got immediate confirmation via text. The process was so simple and easy. Plus, the process took less than 30 minutes and I love the screen protector that comes on the new screen for added protection. Easy, quick, professional and nice tech, Daniel. Well worth it!
