Francisca’s Cleaning Service

If I could rate no stars that would determine how terrible she is. This company is a crook that poses as a cleaning service. They use your supplies and bill you for work they didn’t even do. When confronted her she got defensive and started cursing at me in Spanish. Not only are they unprofessional but also extremely ghetto.

Do not use this cleaning service! She does a terrible job and leaves a bigger mess to clean yourself. And, she will use ALL of YOUR cleaning products. She left streaks on the mirrors, chemical streaks on the shower walls, spots on the counter… Didn’t do the most basic cleaning such as wiping down furniture, dusting the top of the fridge or dusting the cobwebs off the walls. Looks like she just vacuumed, rinsed the shower with a cleaner and let dry. Such a lazy cleaning service and it shows. Might as well do the job yourself and save your money.

This service was terrible and I will never use Francisca again. I hired her to clean my 4,500 sq ft home. We had just moved in and did not have a whole lot but wanted thorough and deep cleaning.
Francisca arrived with her husband who was pretty clueless as to what he was doing. He pretended to «dust» most of the time. Francisca cleaned over visible surfaces but missed a lot of other areas. When I asked her to clean these areas she got huffy and ignored me. Then I asked her to mop and sweep and she told me she doesn’t mop or sweep. Instead she used her vacuum over the kitchen and bathroom floors and declared it clean. Seemed very lazy and again not really clean at all.
The worse part was when I asked her to make the beds and she replied that she doesn’t make beds. I was shocked at such a lazy cleaning service. I refuse to accept and so I told her, «my kids beds need to be made!» She said no again and we engaged back and forth. Finally she told me, «okay but it’s going to cost $ 20 extra.» I felt this was a huge rip off but I agreed. I am not the kind of person who minds paying good money so long as it is done right.
She sloppily made the kids beds and complained about me in Spanish. Not really smart considering I am Hispanic and speak Spanish fluently.
She had quoted me $ 100. So at the end of the day I expected the bill to be $ 100 + $ 20 for making two beds. Wrong, she charged me $ 180. When I asked her about it, she replied that she had done a lot of «extra work.» The whole thing took her less than an hour. For a large 4,500 sq. ft. I am not sure how anyone can finish under an hour and declare they did «extra work» when I can see streaks on my counters, a dirty stove, floors that never got mopped, and streaky bathroom mirrors.
I paid it to her but I will never use her again. It’s her loss because I would have hired them to come every week had they been decent plus I tip very well $ 30 – 50 per person. I didn’t tip Francisca since she ripped me off. It was not deserving.

Francisca has done a great job for me for over 2 years, and I have to tell you, her business has grown because of it. She’s thorough, hard working, kind, a good communicator, reliable, honest, etc. Basically, if you want a house cleaner, I heartily recommend Francisca and her team.
