Stayed over the New Years weekend. Great location, got a killer deal on the rate as well by booking online. It’s about a 5 minute walk (if even) to the boardwalk and all the fun stuff there. Drove down to Capitola for a bit which was super close as well as going out to natural bridges state park. Recommend going to see both. Only downside to the hotel I found was if you’re wanting to go out for the night getting an über takes a lil longer than I was used to waiting as they’re all on the other side of the river where everyone else seemed to be.

Friendly and attentive staff. This place is strict but totally understandable on why. Had a great time. Only about a block away from the boardwalk which made it easy on being able to walk back and forth from the boardwalk to our room when we needed to. Breakfast was awesome (I Loved their waffles). They sure know how to take care of you. This may not be spotless but nonetheless the place is clean.

This place is quiet and surprisingly great. The pool is extra small just so you know. It is located right in the middle of the parking space. Our room was spacious and clean with a microwave/​fridge inside. Our room got a jacuzzi we never use cause we were too busy hangjng out at the boardwalk. This is the place to stay if you are looking for a quiet and close to the boardwalk hotel. The breakfast was ok. Belgium waffles (awesome) they have yogurt, cereals, pastries and juice as well. The front desk staff were great! There are nearby restsurants and boardwalk is about a 5mins walk. Definitely staying here again. (No elevators and tight parking)

I was really disappointed with the «deal» AAA website gave me on this hotel. For $ 200 I got a tiny room with a queen bed on the downstairs floor looking out at the parking lot. The pool here was as small as a hot tub; pictures on the website are very misleading. It’s located close to the boardwalk and was clean. Also came with free breakfast. A very mediocre experience overall.

Not the prettiest from the outside, however inside was nice roomy and very clean! Large whirlpool bath, closet, hair dryer, full length mirror, coffee pot, fridge, microwave, ice tray in freezer, flat screen tv, 3 different types of pillows on bed firm soft & medium. Fresh clean comfy bedding, table and chairs, ac/​heat… At an extreeeeeemly affordable price! Free continental breakfast in the morning is ALWAYS a plus, and you are so close to the beach& boardwalk here.
Staff was very courteous. I would definitely stay again in the future.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service ever. A bottle of soda exploded in my room so grabbed a towel to clean it up and I was charged $ 30 for the towel the next day. I asked them what I was supposed to do and they literally said «I don’t know». Accused me of having more than the allowed number of people in my room when a local friend came to meet us at the hotel to go to the catalyst for a concert.
