I was asked to create a variety of logo merchandise for my store, and Debbie from Catto’s was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She helped me narrow down my list from about 9 possibilities (stickers, magnets, t-​shirts, etc.) and was super patient when I was on the fence about my options. So far the Catto’s team has produced some snazzy embroidered baseball caps with our logo, and we are in the process of getting mugs as well. Debbie is really on top of communication and always lets me know when the graphic design team has questions or concerns, so that the final product is perfect. Thanks, Debbie and Catto’s!

I’ve come here twice in hopes of getting names/​words embroidered onto clothing but both times customer service wasn’t too friendly or welcoming when I asked about pricing, turn around time, fonts, etc. Didn’t seem to want my business too much and wasn’t very helpful so I went elsewhere. Both times I have asked about turn around time for embroidery and they told me about two weeks.
