What has happened to Scotts Valley BK? It has really gotten terrible. We have had many burgers and fries there but never again. Made me sick. Old fries, cold and tough. Burger was awful. So sad. It doesn’t even deserve one star. I got no response from manager when I called. Bad business.

Also, when confronted with over-cooked food I was told by the manager that «that’s the way it is always cooked».
I pointed out that the chicken strips may be in the fryer the correct amount of time but it’s apparent by the blackened edges of the strips that the oil is too hot. His response was «it’s always like that».
The manager’s basic fast food restaurant management skills are seriously lacking.

The staff here is very nice and most of them have been there long enough to do their job well. the dining area has just been remodeled which really makes it nicer than the bk in capitola or the one on mission. The only draw back are the trolls who come in from the street :-\ other than that this is the best bk in Santa Cruz

This one is clean, the drive thru is one of the few in town, they’ve never messed up my order, and they never mind my modifications (hold the mayo sub mustard on everything). For being fast food, which is never the best option, this place is one of your better options.

Deluxe BK Topper, I love you! I will love you often because you are only $ 1.99. I’m pretty sure this is what happens when a Whopper has an illegitimate baby with a Big Mac. This hamburger is really good! Pickles, fresh white onion slices, cheese, lettuce and a yummy tangy sauce (the sauce tastes like the Big Mac tangy sauce!).
I like that BK has a drive-thru. A lot of fast food restaurants in Santa Cruz do not. Sometimes I’m lazy and I don’t feel like getting out of the car which brought me to the Deluxe BK Topper yesterday. My laziness finally pays off!

I spent the day at the beach and I was in desperate need of a diet coke. I went through the drive-thru and they gave me a regular coke. I was not happy :(

I usually like Burger King, but only eaten here once I guess because well I can get nice and fast off this stuff and tend to get the triple Whopper. I am a big fan of Burger King today and when I was a kid because my mom used to take me here. The burgers are just okay, but it just reminds me of my childhood. anyways unfortunately, I get the worst of the worst the Triple whopper or those angus burgers. I guess the bigger the better for me. They tend to put too much mayo, but can not be worst than McDonalds. Anyways it is right across the street from 24 hour fitness so location is pretty good, but after when I workout, I tend not to eat high cholestrol stuff.
