I ordered on-line for Super Bowl Sunday with a 3:00 pickup. I arrived 10 minutes early and found the placed packed. The person manning the counter told us that the 3:00 orders were running 20 minutes late. At 3:15 I was told my order was on the line. I had hope. I walked out of Wing Stop at 4:10 with my order and it was not all there. During my time in the lobby I listened and watched as people with pick up times of 3:15 and 3:20 were served. I was twice assured I was on the line. If it wasn’t for one employee who grabbed my ticket and made sure it was filled I don’t know how long it would have been. All the time I was waiting I watched the person who seemed to be in charge holding meetings in the back with different employees. He never came forward to offer an explanation as to how this back up happened. I like the food at Wing Stop, but last Sunday was my last Super Bowl order. The only reason I give it 2 stars is the wings were good. The experience was negative stars material.

Placed my order 3 days early for Super Bowl Sunday. 1:30 pick up time. They were running 45 minutes behind. It was a disaster. The place was packed and they didn’t offer even anything to drink or any discount. The customer service should have been much better. People were not happy. What made it worse is if you actually complained you got your wings ahead of everyone and that was simply not fair.

Ok so you place an order on line to pick up your order for the super bowl. You show up early for your order check in and wait. They tell you they are running late and will your Order in 15 – 20 minutes 30 minutes later they say the are working on it. Then they say it will take 55 minutes. So now you have wast 1 ½ hours later still no food. You tell them to cancel order because the game is going to start soon and you have people at your house. They said they would call in an hour and refund your money. No call now I have to insure they refund my money. Stay away from this place I hope it fails. New owner just as bad as the old one!

I pre-ordered wings(3 weeks ahead) for the Super Bowl and as usual, because of it being the SB, it was real busy, but this year it was a cluster &@%€. I have ordered from them on SB for the past 5 years, but this year was horrible. It is under new owners, and I think they bit off more then they can chew! They had zero organization, so I really don’t know if I plan on going back. There were not very many happy customers yesterday. Not sure if I’m coming back.

It’s super bowl Sunday and we called early in the day to ask when we can place our order for pick up, and they said to do it after 4:00pm. So we placed the order at 5:57pm and my husband left for the restaurant. When he arrived they said they don’t have it, and they went through every order asking, «Is this yours? Is this yours?» After a half hour, my husband came back home to try to retrieve the email order and figure out what’s going on. He calls the restaurant and gets put on hold, then gets told that they can’t find the order and can’t look it up by order #. THEN the kid working(who identified himself as the manager although I highly doubt it) tells us, yes, he has it under Sarah, but since my husband picked it up they got SOCONFUSED by him giving my name rather than actually BEING Sarah that they must have missed it. Really? Instead of saying, «We lost your order, we messed up, let’s fix this,» his solution is to blame us. He proceeds to argue some more, tell me they won’t refund my money for up to seven days, and say, well why don’t you just pick it up later this week. His name was Jonathan and he was UNBELIEVABLE. I’m not sure where this location even found such an employee, or why he would be hired to handle customers and possibly other employees. In any event, you can bet I’ll be sharing this experience and you’ve lost customer for good(very sure no one cares). Thank you so much for wasting our time and making us miss a family gathering dealing with the ultimate in bad service.

What a total gong show! Do not EVER place an order online as they don’t track online orders. This is second time I ordered online. The first time when I got there to pick up they had no record. Today same thing but I actually called 3 hours before my pick up time to confirm my order would be ready. After 15 minutes on the phone finally found my order and related it would be ready by my scheduled and prepaid pick up time. When got there The line was about 30 deep of people that had been waiting hours!!! Hours!!! The gal that appeared to be the owner or manager was rude, unapologetic and could care less. No thanks! Will never come here again. If I could have picked no stars I would have.

Love the food. Hate the service and parking. Ordering in their app is easy… But ends up being a nightmare. They always start it late or ‘lose’ the order. This location is better than the one in Canyon Country one, though. Update: My boyfriend and I ordered a 15 piece combo, OG Hot and Hawaiian. I am not a huge fan of spice, hence my Hawaiian flavor. After waiting an abnormal amount of time, I finally got my food and came home. To my surprise and utter annoyance, they didn’t give me Hawaiian. They gave me MANGOHABANERO. What the! That is extremely spicy! I’m glad this didn’t happen to a small child or someone super sensitive to heat. I was pretty pissed, to say the least. After trying to call and complain, no one answered the phone after two tries. I basically spent $ 20 on 7OG Hot wings, fries and two drinks. Safe to say, I ate a PB&J sandwich for dinner and my boyfriend enjoyed his wings.

I love their wings, fries, and dips, they are some of the best around! The staff seem generally friendly however customer service is obviously not part of their training or concern. Orders always take longer then stated. Yesterday i ordered online, arrived 20 minutes later when i was told my food world be ready. I waited overt 15 minutes for me food for a total of 35 minutes versus the quoted 20 minutes. The gentleman that got his food before me was quoted 14 minutes and waited 45 minutes for his food. Staff has a lot of reasons why things are slow or not cooked properly. I’m not interested in your reasons! My well done wings had unrendered fat and my well done fries were nowhere near well done. The store usually has messy tables with the previous customers eaten food sitting there waiting for you to ask the staff to clean the table. The endless roll of un-perferated auto shop quality paper towels are a joke. Your best bet is to pick the food up to go and then put the wings and fries in your over around 400 degrees for about 5 – 7 minutes to finish this off. Lastly, the owners are not accessible and I wonder if they have any clue how questionable the customer experience is.

Restaurant looks clean every time we dine in. Make us feel comfortable and we enjoy the visit. Service is great, team members are friendly, polite and helpful. Food is good, sauces are delicious, wish they could of season their wings before frying them and tossing them with sauce. Price is affordable you can get an order of wings for less than $ 10.00

You can’t go wrong with chicken wings. Wing stop has one of the best flavors selection. Plus their wings were crispy and well cooked and no blood. The cheese fries I can’t get enough, it’s addictive! Two of us finished the 20 pieces garlic parmesan, lemon pepper wings, cheese fries and bake beans. I guess we were hungry?! Lol The place just don’t have enough tables so make sure you come before 7pm for dinner.

DONOTGOHERE .I called ahead and ordered a 10 piece meal with fries. the employee was always rushing me off the phone, never told me the price and hung up when I asked him how long it would be. I rushed over there, and the whole floor was a mess. to my surprise I looked at all of the young employees and they were on their cell phones. Get load of this that I’m pretty sure the health department wouldn’t like. the main cook who was cooking everybody’s food had his shirt up to his waist. you could see all of his tattoos his boxers and his underwear. none of them wear gloves and I’m not sure where their fingers have been. . One of the main cashiers proceeded to tell me that this wasn’t a «professional job». I’m sorry, but what job do you know that’s not professional, that doesn’t pay you a paycheck every 2 or 3 weeks. We are the customers we give them their paychecks. I am so surprised that a restaurant has been running like this for so long. at least I got my refund back. the garlic parmesan chicken wings don’t even have any sauce all it is are chicken wings with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. AGAIN I REPEATFORSANITARYSAKEDONOTGOHERE.

Aside from them not picking up the phone a lot, I love Wingstop. I thought BWW was my #1 wing-stop(pun intended) but Wingstop has somehow managed to place them as a wing favorite of mine. I LOVE the lemon pepper, like LUH-HUV. I always order my wings well done, bone in, and oh my god Becky look at that wing, it is thee bomb. The chicken here tastes real, seriously. The quality of the meat is better than BWW and the lemon pepper is a sure winner. Only reason BWW ties with this place is because of their seasonings/sauces(buffalo and mango habenero, oh and asian zing too). Anyway, love the carrots over celery. Love they are open until midnight. Wish they had delivery. If they picked up their phone faster, it’d be 5 stars all around. *You can dine in, they have limited seating. Parking is easy.
