Williams Sprinkler and Landscape

I had the privilege and good fortune of finding Williams Sprinkler and Landscape simply by «ASKING». I called Williams early yesterday morning around 7:30 a.m. Shortly after 8 a.m. I received a return call from Chris. I described my situation (faulty sprinkler valve). He said he had another appointment but could meet me at around 9:15. As the job was actually at my son’s house, I told Chris that 9:15 would be perfect (we live on opposite ends of Santa Clarita). At exactly 9:15 I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Williams the owner of the company. Chris diagnosed the problem and within 30 minutes the damaged valve had been replaced at a very reasonable cost. Chris indicated that he would have to allow time for the «glue «to dry before turning the water back on. He assured me he would call when he had the chance to get back over to the house, turn the water on and make sure everything was in good working order. A little after noon I received the call from Chris confirming the successful repair. I will recommend Williams Sprinkler and Landscape whenever possible because integrity, honesty, punctuality, experience and professionalism are a RARE combination to find in business these days!!! 4 ½ STARS… The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I didn’t have much time to do my homework/​bids on the project to get a better price comparison.
Chris and his crew came out the same day to do a complete replacement of five valve stations and repaired a major leak in my main irrigation line. Chris and the crew came out within an hour after my call. I had one prior bid which Chris matched to do the job the same day.
They were professional and quick. They did a great job at making sure I understood the work they were going to do and explained why they needed to do it. Very knowledgeable and he has the experience to back it up. That was the main reason I chose him over the competitor.
I paid $ 950.00 for the job. Normally I would not post what I paid if I had got a killer deal on the bid. However since it was matched, and he told me it was what he normally charges on similar jobs, I decided to post it. I believe in consumer knowledge (which is the point of Unilocal), so I hope this helps in your search and decision.
I would definitely hire again, even if it was not the cheapest in town. I like knowing the job that was performed was done to professional standards and not by somebody who is guessing at the work they are doing.

Just completely re landscaped my front yard and also did my backyard planter.
I took 4 bids and chose Williams for this job, First because his price was very reasonable (some of the others looked inflated by comparison) Second because I know he comes with the knowledge and experience to do the job the way I like. Pro. They have been around for a long time.
The job turned out very nicely. Chris clearly has a creative way of planning the layout and it looks great. I’m really proud of it.
After the job was completed, Chris continues to come by frequently to monitor the progress of new plants and adjust my watering so that everything is healthy. I would definitely recommend Williams sprinkler to my friends.

Chris and Kim landscaped our house when there was nothing but a dirt lot. That was 9 years ago. We are using his company for our gardening service as well. Firstly, Chris and his wife are very talented and creative. They will show you the top end of what you request but will work within your budget. I find this style great because it get’s you to think outside the box, but certainly no pressure to go above your budget. Secondly the lawn service. They are more expensive but they are not the typical mow blow and go guys. Lastly, the customer service. This past week we had a very large tree fall on our garage (the winds up here suck) Chris and his guys were out 10 min after we told him and did the best he could to get it off before nightfall. Thankfully, house damage is small. His sadness over the lost tree was almost as bad as ours. If you need landscaping give these guys a call, you won’t be disappointed!
