Wallers’ Gymjam

Was invited her as part of a birthday party and fell in love with the space and the amount of things for kids to do in the huge Open space so I went home and checked them out on their website and saw they had open gym time on Fridays from 7:30 — 9:30 and wanted to take my kids to play. Upon arriving Friday evening around 8:30 (would have been there sooner but things came up and that’s the soonest I could make it) there was a woman with short blonde hair behind the desk who didn’t acknowledge mine or my kids presence for the first minute we walked in and then rudely asked how she would help. Her attitude and presence throughout the entire time I was up front filling out paper work was awful. It’s extremely distasteful to have someone being who either hates their job or is miserable in their life being a customers first point of contact for a business. Because of her attitude, lack of customer service skills, and her showing she was annoyed that we showed up I will never bring my business back there again not recommend this place. If you hate your job, quit simple as that… it’s very rare I go somewhere and the customer service is exceptionally rude, apparently not here. Thanks but no thanks, there are plenty of other open gyms in the area where I don’t have to deal with that kind of disrespect who will appreciate my hard earned money.

My daughter has been taking lessons here since she was three years old. She has loved every single day. We have been moved around with many different coaches, due to schedule changes, and everyone is really fantastic. My daughter recently joined pre team and coach Katie is wonderful. She is so patient with all the girls. She demonstrates a desire for each girl to succeed and become the best they are capable of. Really love this gym.
