Always an organized and clean supermarket. They don’t have any stater bros. in the LA area as I’ve only been to the one in OC and Moreno Valley. I was dead set on getting to the one in Santa Clarita on my way back to the southern valley. I loved it. I only went in there for one thing. The cinnamon rolls. They make them on site. Fresh. Soft. Slathered with icing. Yes. $ 4.49 for 8 in s package. They actually weren’t that fresh when I ate one, but it was reminiscent of the package I bought from the Moreno Valley store that was decadent. This may be the I my thing that keeps me coming to Stater bros.

I’ve been a long time customer and have gotten used to where everything is so I haven’t changed stores. Over the last year there has been changes to the employees and the friendliness that was there before has left. Yesterday had an argument with the cashier who was tossing my canned sodas around my cart. Bag boy was stacking Boxes of soda on my gallon water bottles. Once the first one went on I asked him not to put that on there. Then the second, stop doing that. Third, had to walk over to get him to stop damaging my stuff!!! Cashier told him he was doing a great job, please! Cashier told me how I was making his work environment unpleasant. Customers are not important any more.

This is my go to market when im in the area. The produce section has variety and I really like how helpful the staff is. The meat and fish section are very clean with different options available. There is an extensive wine section but the hard liquors and foreign beers are limited. The overall price for everything is reasonable for thr area and though their bakery section is small they sell very high quality cakes and deserts.

I have seen a few supermarkets that have been remodeled and Stater Bros looks outdated compare to the other supermarkets. Stater Bros does offer a bakery, deli, meat department and a pharmacy. They even have a Wells Fargo Bank location inside the store that is open 7 days a week.

i’m a big fan. even though they don’t have the lowest prices, they are competitive. almost all the people are very, very nice… makes it enjoyable. Also, almost all the time the store is well stocked.(this past satuday one stocker had an isle blocked, but that was an exception — so no big deal.) I see the managers always walking the store… a necessity to running a great store. check out almost always fast.

It’s unfortunate that it’s the only grocery store near my home, I hate driving to vons… Have you seen the inside of vons?! Holy cow stator bros you guys need a remodel! It’s been the same since I was a child. I can’t get any of my organic produce and the ones that are available are extremely overpriced. One thing that I do love is that everybody saves money, you don’t need a card or sign up for anything. No coupons. I love that.

Stater Bros has become my new quick stop grocery market. They closed Albertsons and when they did… I tried all the other local ones. Stater Bros leads the pack. Pros. Laid out nicely Produce is fresh and they have an organic section Fresh tortilla chips daily Nice customer service, especially the guys behind the meat counter. Ask a question… it’s ok. Wells Fargo inside not just atm machines Food liquor aisle Cons Takes a minute to figure out the sections. Some of it is broken up. Like if you want chili you need to go to two separate aisles. Leading up to holidays like thanksgiving and xmas… get there early. They will run out. Parking is not good Why are there solicitors outside all the time? If your looking for a market on the canyon country side Stater Bros is the place. Ralphs doesn’t have a big selection and Vons is overpriced, but hey I heard Vons has high rent due to that make over. Looks good, but not worth it. Hope this helps. Good luck out there!

Visited Stater Bros. The other night to feed six people. Decided we wanted to grill some steaks so we went right to their meat department. The man that was helping me was so kind and genuine, he did not even care that I was taking long to decide. He kindly helped me pick out a great priced and great tasting steak. At the end, I chose to buy New York Steaks. The steaks were sold at a great price of $ 4.99 a pound(ANDTHEYWEREDELICIOUS). I’m definitely coming back for their steak sales. The reason I only give this place four stars is because at the checkout stands, the woman helping me was probably having such a bad day, because she was so rude to me. My card wasn’t working properly so she rolled her eyes and didn’t even bother to help me. The people behind me were also getting a little impatient and I was just getting embarrassed. I ended up having my friend pay for the steaks, which was even more embarrassing since I offered her dinner in the first place): So two tips for you: 1.Go to the meat department to get great prices steak. 2. Check to see if your checkout lady is smiling or not before you enter her line, or else you’ll just have a bad experience trying to pay for your food.

This store is one of my favorites! It’s in a great location, and it’s right by my house which is so convenient. It’s always kept so clean, and the employees there are always so helpful. Their bakery is amazing and always has so many great new desserts and delicious bread to choose from. I easily go in to the store 3 or 4 times a week. I have a big family with lots of mouths to feed and the prices here are unbeatable, especially for all the organic and gluten free products they have! And their produce is by far the best in any store I’ve been to. Their fruits and vegetables are always so fresh and delicious. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Clean store with helpful, friendly staff. Great selection of organic, gluten free and dairy free alternatives. Prices are moderate and a decent beer/wine selection. I frequent this store often.

I’m not a fan of how their wine prices are displayed. There’s one price that’s shown with large bold print and then the actual price that is displayed above, only much smaller. The sale price applies only if you purchase a quantify of four. Their price per individual bottle is also much higher than most stores.

I like it. But one major thing bothers me and other people I know who shob here. The in and out doors are backwards. Meaning you enter in the left door and exit through the right. So when you approach the front door, and someone has just exited the building, the mechanized heavy door is still open… and when you try to enter into the right side door, it closes on the customer, and does not stop closing. So right off the bat I am confused entering into this place of business. Was it possible that someone installed the doors backwards when they made this place? Or was this done deliberately? I’ve been coming here for years and this still bothers me each time when I enter people are exiting in my face where the entrance door should be. Straighter Brothers should really take care of this, it’s the first thing you notice when you enter their busyness.

A solid market, in spite of the shortcomings. Living in Canyon Country, Stater Bros was always my go to market. It was close, so why not? Its selection is reasonable, but you can definitely tell that ownership chooses to focus more on product offerings than business amenities. Although you can find most what you need at this location, the bar for luxury in Santa Clarita markets is set fairly high, and unfortunately Stater Bros Canyon Country finishes nearly last. While the alcohol section looks very classy, that is sadly the extent of the market’s décor. Beware on holidays or late nights, as lines may become very long. But hey, the market isn’t bad at all. Employees are extremely friendly, and I’ve never had a bad experience with any of them. Maybe I’m a nitpicky consumer, but given Stater Bros’ past as a crime scene, I would strongly recommend focusing more on creating a more comfortable environment to regain clientele lost to nearby Target and Costco.
