I love this place and the owners. Every time I visit or call they are very friendly and professional. I just had my electrical bed repaired in my location and Mike did a wonderful job. He really takes his time to do it right. I have purchased equipment from them and they delivered it and set it up for me. They know what we estheticians need and are knowledgeable about the equipment. In the past they also repaired my multifunction machine and brought it back to new. I’m glad I found them.

Mike came to my shop, set everything up and even brought me a gallon of distilled water for my steamer. He is so thorough and so thoughtful, that I don’t even have enough adjectives to describe what a pleased customer I am.

I work at Medi Spa and order from this place every month. We order supplies and have purchased some of their facial machines. They are very friendly and helpful. Mike has in several occasions delivered our supplies and machines. They are great and I would recommend this place to everyone.

I’ve been coming here for 10 plus years. Everyone here is nice, friendly, knowledgable and professional. I bought my hydraulic bed here that all my clients love and fall asleep on and it’s never had a problem and it’s at least 10 years old. I buy products here too and recently bought a stool. Mike has always been friendly and knowledgeable especially with the equipment. He switched out the color stool I wanted with a base I preferred. Christina and the owner are very knowledgable in the products. I like this place and I’m glad as licensed esthetician I have a local spot to pick up supplies and equipment.

I was happy with Spa Source Pro for awhile. I would sometimes make the drive from Ventura County to Valencia just to pick-​up a few supplies I needed right away.
Christina is always friendly and very helpful, and the owner is as well.
The problem with Spa Source Pro is with the owner’s husband.
I purchased a steamer from Spa Source that was under warranty when it stopped working. I drove to Valencia (on a Mon) to drop it off and was told to leave it for repair. The owner’s husband called me and said he was able to get it working, but the arm of the steamer was cracked and needed to be replaced. He quoted the part as $ 20.00 and labor as $ 60.00! When I reminded him that it was under warranty he responded, «clearly the equipment has been abused.» I was so irate! Not only do I take good care of my equipment… I only work part-​time, so it is used about 2 – 3 days per week.
He said he would have the repairs done by Thursday, but when I went to pick the steamer up on Friday, Christina noticed that it had not been repaired yet. AND, he was out of town on a fishing trip, so it would not be repaired until the following week.
Christina called the owner and we spoke on the phone. Her husband had told her an entirely different story! She was gracious and apologized profusely and Christina was apologetic also.
After stewing about it all weekend, I called Tuesday morning and spoke to the owner. I said I didn’t want to pay $ 80.00 to repair a $ 150 steamer that was under warranty, but she told me the repairs had already been done. I spoke to her husband, who offered to deliver it to me.
He delivered the steamer to my house without the stand! I paid the $ 80.00 and he said he would return with the stand and deliver it to my salon later that day.
Here’s the kicker!!! When he dropped off the stand at my salon, he asked a stylist if any equipment needed repairs. She told him about a chair that was not working and he repaired it on the spot. She explained that she was not authorized to pay him, he said not to worry– «the first repair is free.» WHAT!?! I had to pay $ 60.00 for labor for a steamer under warranty!!! That’s outrageous!!!
Needless to say, I would not recommend purchasing equipment from Spa Source Pro.
