Unreliable, unprofessional. Supposed to clean flood damaged house. They came the day of contract ripped off the floors, left the house open to vermins, as removed and discarded screens from crawl space.
They did such a poor job with the mold removal, that right after they declared job is complete, we did second inspection, which revealed unacceptable level of mold and bacteria all around interior of the house. Service Masters no where to be found.
They are in hiding and refused to come fix the problem. What a shame. They got paid close to $ 10,000 and left.

I had water damage from a leaky water heater and Service Master was reliable, thorough, cared about the job, great attitude, and above and beyond service with the water damage restoration!

These people are liars. Don’t trust them. One of their employees rear-​ended me on the highway and took off. I had to follow him to get his license plate number because he refused to pull over. Now they have the audacity to say that hit him and took off. So, I was driving backwards down the highway? Um… no. I’m just glad I have the police report. Not only are these people liars, but they are bad liars, and I wouldn’t trust them to do anything.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They were very prompt, professional and knew their business. We had a water leak that required over a week of DAILY visits by their people. We dealt specifically with Andy, Wally, Zack, and JT. Every single service they provided was perfect. Plus they referred us to a great plumber. They were on time, knew exactly what they were talking about and were good people.
We are keeping these guys’ information for any future problems. They made me feel a lot better and we trusted them to do exactly what we hoped they would. Thanks for the great service!
