I just received a revised appraisal from Rex Robinson and it’s horrible. His writing contains numerous spelling and grammatical mistakes, even unable to spell some of the more simple appraisal terms. He will not work with anyone to fix the appraisal either, denying financing to a very deserving customer. I’ll make sure to never use his services again, and I recommend the same to everyone else.
