I have been taking My neighbor here since he no longer is able to take the city bus on his own to work for Pleasantview. Staff is very disorganized ! Lady in front is RUDE and attacks you as if she needs the 411 on everything (which is okay ask for info, but she’s rude whe she asks). I’ve been here a few times to pick up and observing Randy chuckle and make jokes on another female client because of her noticeable uneven boobs is not acceptable. He turned RED when he noticed that I witnessed this and then shut his mouth. How does this even happen? DO NOT ENROLL YOUR LOVED ONES HERE– avoid at all cost.

Unprofessional and least helpful staff I ever encountered in an employment agency. Especially one with helping clients with disabilities. Last job coach of mine on my previous job I worked with wasn’t friendly, getting into people’s spaces, and caused embarrassment to me in front of previous co-​workers and supervisors of mine, even when I follow through the guidelines and worked successfully on the job. Avoid at all costs.
