I go on these binges with Panera Bread and it’s horrible! I just recently re-discovered Panera Bread and I love it as much as I did before! Food is fantastic, love that they’re calorie friendly with portion size options, and I love the online ordering fast pickup! Everyone is kind, quick at what they do, and the food is very reasonably priced. My addiction is the Strawberry Sesame Salad with a fruit cup. It’s a huge salad with a fresh cup of fruit for under 400 calories. I may or may not have ordered it 5 days in a row. Will be back this week of course!

I recently went here to try the seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed salad. I called ahead of time to place my order for pickup. When I get there to pay for my food, the cashier didn’t see my order in the computer so he was confused. Then the lady in back said that she took the order but didn’t put it in the computer so I was like uhh K. So then the cashier hands me my food saying«We actually ran out of strawberries but here’s your salad.» Umm… isn’t that the whole point of the STRAWBERRY Poppyseed salad?! I only wanted to try the salad for the strawberries, so I asked if I could just get another salad instead. When he goes in the back to ask his manager if they can switch it out for a different salad, they all of a sudden find strawberries to add into my salad. I was like okay so you guys just miraculously found strawberries? The whole situation was just weird and more complicated than it should have been, so I was ready to just say no thanks and go elsewhere for dinner because it was ridiculous. Don’t advertise your Strawberry Poppyseed salad if you’re going to run out of strawberries. Why would they wait to tell me when I pay that they ran out of strawberries and just ASSUME that I would be okay with having no strawberries in my strawberry salad? Instead of letting me know beforehand, they just made the salad anyways thinking that it’s okay if there’s no strawberries. I feel like they should have either checked and told me when I placed my order on the phone, or they could have called me back to let me know since they take my phone number down anyways. It just made no sense to me. Luckily, the salad ended up being tasty, but just the service and staff seemed unorganized and didn’t know what they were doing. I feel like there’s always some kind of issue when I come here, whether they mess up my order or forget to add something like an extra baguette or chicken in my salad. This Panera location also always runs out of items. For example the strawberries, or bread bowls especially(they seem to never have bread bowls when I go). There is just never a fully successful visit for me at this Panera because something always goes wrong. Nonetheless I still come here because I like their food and it’s the closest location to my house. I just think that with how long this Panera has been there, they really need to get their sh*t together.

15 + minutes wait for a bowl of oatmeal, that I watched being carried around party is the restaurant, then put back on the service counter, and then had to wait another 5 minutes for the rest of our order 2 cinnamon rolls, and 1 bagel. Seems to be the standard mode of operations for this particular location

Perfect spot for a half soup half sandwich combo, and the random bagel craving. The bagel selection is huge with my favorites being asiago cheese and chocolate chip. They are chewy and fresh, not like the stale, hard bagels that you sometimes get at breakfast joints. The asiago cheese is baked onto the outside of the bagel and is very flavorful. The chocolate chips are dispersed throughout the bread and add a surprising and delightful sweetness with each bite, complementing the doughy bread taste with the harder, sweet chocolate chips. My favorite soup is the creamy broccoli soup. It’s cheesy, creamy, and contains obvious chunks of broccoli. My favorite sandwich is the asiago roast beef sandwich with horse radish sauce, which brings a little kick to the dish. Paired with the cheese bagel and the soup, it makes for a great lunch meal. This café is very cute and spacious, with both indoor and outdoor seating. It’s very family friendly and has a nice quaint ambiance. There is plenty of parking next to the café.

Order online on the app, supposed to have the order ready to pick up at the shelf and they never have it ready. Sometimes I give it 20 minutes.

Too bad I was in a rush or I would’ve stayed to eat there or gone back. I asked for potatoes chips I got bread. I got a full cup of soup but not enough noodles and chicken mostly broth. I would say 90% broth. Thanx Pandora bread for your not worth $ 5.49 soup and piece of bread, not coming here again.

I’m being generous with 3 stars but my lunch today was pretty good. Several years ago when I started coming here it was great. I would stop in for breakfast and it was cheap and good. Not sure what’s happened here. They have the clientele but they need to work on the operation or the process something is not working right. Look at the last several reviews, what’s happening here!!! The bread and deserts they have down… amazing. What happened to the shrimp soba noodle bowl it was deelish. What happened to the grilles cheese and tomato panini ? Several flavors of iced tea but they are all watered down and almost tasteless. Gonna be awhile before I come back.

This location does seem to have some challenges. Unfortunately I agree with other Unilocalers about the service and messed up orders. The people that work here are nice and helpful, but I have gotten the wrong order on more than one occassion. Panera’s bread is awesome and I like them for breakfast, but they keep changing their lunch menu, removing items I loved(like the shrimp soba noodles and tomato panini). Today I tried the Quinoa Bowl. I wouldn’t call it a bowl. It’s soup for $ 9, has very little quinoa and arrived with chicken even though I ordered the egg. They very nicely changed my order, but I wouldn’t order it again and I doubt I’ll be going back to this location unless I had to.

I love this place, but the last 3 times I have gone and ordered food to go, I only get half the cup full of food. The first time I ordered the broccoli soup(my fav) and the other two times I ordered the pick two soup and Mac n cheese. All 3 times I have only gotten a half bowl of food for each item! This makes me is upsetting because I paid for the entire cup to be filled-fill it up. I am extremely disappointed in the food I have been getting here lately.

The food is always very edible here, but recently I was very disappointed by the contents of my ham and cheese flatbread, which cost slightly more than 6 dollars for what I feel was around 2 dollars worth of sandwich, at best. One slice of ham, and a dollop of turkey/mayo spread and a bit of lettuce. For more than 6 dollars. Won’t be coming back here, no matter how close it is to home.(We live a block away and walk over to Panera or California Pizza Kitchen quite often). Where’s the(metaphorical) BEEF, Panera!!!

Disappointing. I’ve been to several other Panera Bread locations, and I found this one does not measure up. The food was the same as always, there doesn’t seem to be any inconsistency between locations. But, the service at this Panera Bread was sub par at best. I was visiting family in this area, and thought I’d stop for a quick lunch here. It wasn’t quick. It took quite awhile for our food to be served. Granted, it was a busy Saturday afternoon. But, one would think that staffing would have been appropriate for an expected busy afternoon. And, after they got 2 of our 3 orders wrong, it took extra time to be fixed. Something as simple as asking for my bread to be toasted turned into a huge deal. The cashier repeated-twice– to me that I wanted it toasted. He even asked if either of the other two sandwiches should be toasted as well. I said no. Well, you guessed it! My sandwich came out on untoasted bread. No one ever asked if everything was okay, at least not once our food was delivered. We finally flagged down one of the«food runners», and he said, «Oh, we can’t toast that type of bread. It cross-contaminates for people with allergies.» Huh? I’m guessing that cranberry nut bread can’t go into the toaster, or on the grill, or wherever the magic of toasting takes place at Panera Bread. So, wouldn’t it be nice if the person taking our order WASAWAREOFTHIS??? If he would have told me, I could have ordered it on different bread. Another member of our group wanted to order a BLT, but we couldn’t see any listed on the menu board. We asked if there was one. The same cashier seemed totally befuddled by this question. So, we ordered a sandwich with turkey, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. And requested, «No turkey». The cashier repeated(somewhat incredulously, it seemed) NO turkey?, and we said, Yes. NO turkey. Of course, the sandwich came out with turkey on it. Our food was tasty, once it arrived, and we sorted out the mistakes. The above mentioned manager seemed confused when he came to our table. He did apologize, and brought me some toasted bread of a different variety. I then remade my own sandwich at the table. That didn’t bother me much, but a more professional response to my issue would have been an offer to re-do the sandwich to my liking. Everything else was okay. I love their turkey chili, and we shared greek salad that seemed to meet the basic criteria for this dish. One other complaint, and I realize this is true for every Panera bread, so I should expect it. I had to get up and down several times to get water, forks, extra napkins, iced tea refills, etc. And, NOONE ever seems to pick up a dirty dish once you’ve finished your meal. Maybe this is deliberate, to get people to leave quicker? I don’t know, but next time I’m in Santa Clarita, I’ll search for another place to get a quick lunch!

My wife and I drive across town past other bagel places to get to Panera because we like their bagels… when they have them… On at least 3 or the last 4 visits, visits made in the middle of the day mind you, not at closing, they were out of the Sesame bagels we were looking for. How is that even possible? To avoid this problem and yet another wasted trip, my wife placed our order online last night. Problem solved, right? Wrong? They still didn’t have what we ordered saying her order had been lost. And, wait for it, wait for it… they were out of the bagels we needed. Who manages this place??? Mistakes happen. Shortages happen. I get it, I’m not unreasonable, but this place is consistently bad… every time. You would almost have to make a concerted effort to be this bad this place is so badly managed. Nobody seems to care. I am not the first person to bring these issues up, but nothing gets done. They just don’t seem to care. When they have what you want(which sadly is very rare), we love Panera Bread, but the bad service and the constant shortages of their staples make going here too hit and miss. Most of us are too busy to waste time going here just to be told time after time that they are out of what we want. I’m done.

The customer service is the worst there. Cashiers girls are rude and mean. They seems to be so uneducated and stupid. Or they play stupid. Or maybe they were having monthly period and I got there at the wrong time. Anyways, they charged me for bread and forgot to give it to me serving other customers. When I interrupted and said I am still waiting, she said the other girl will help me. And«the other girl«turned her nose away from me and started to serve a new customer that just came in. So I was waiting for them to finish with the line. And that wasn’t enough, I called manager and then they started to move their a$$@s ! Lazy and mean !

Disaster! At 9 am they were out of coffee and every empty table was dirty! A gentleman and I were standing at the kitchen entrance to find someone to replenish the coffee. A woman emerged and asked if she could help. When I asked for more coffee she explained that it has nothing to do with her and that she works with catering. Not sure why she offered to help. I eventually got my coffee at 9:15 and after wiping down a table, had breakfast. I should have went to the Egg Plantation

How many times do I come in here and they are OUT of what I came I for? Often. Which is part of why I rarely give them my business anymore. 2PM. The day before Halloween. Exactly ZERO Halloween cookies. Manager is unapologetic. «We cooked everything we had and sold them all.» How about ordering more? This happens all the time. Crickets chirping. Another reason to not return, Panera.

This review is for the rapid pick up. I really like the food so hope the management takes notice and corrective actions. I order rapid pickup maybe 2 to 3 times per week. Only once was the food ready on time and correct. Every other time it has been late and /or wrong. Today was the last straw. I showed up 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and the food was not in the«pick up cabinet» As usual, I had to go to where they prepare the food and ask if my «rapid pick up» was ready. They didn’t know, were confused, as usual. People order rapid pick up because there are in a hurry. Not to chase down the food.

My grandparents and I come here for lunch at least once a month. We used to go to a variety of places close to my office but one day we went here and agreed to keep coming back. The ordering process is simple. They bring everything quickly. Definitely a good spot to go on your lunch break and not have to stress about them taking too long. The only reason I don’t give it more stars is for two reasons: 1. Parking can really suck. The parking area is fairly narrow and usually full at lunch so you need to park in the residential area and walk over. Not the best if you’re limited in time, you’re wearing heels, it’s hot, it’s raining… 2. During our most recent dining experience ordering was exceptionally slow. As I already explained: we come here regularly. I have our very simple orders(most complex element being dressing on the side) down to a science. The poor kid taking our order was OBVIOUSLY brand new. He struggled to enter our entire order. Someone should have been supervising & helping him — it wasn’t even that busy. And when he did ask for some help the girl next to him was not the most obliging. It was very frustrating from the customer end.

Intimate place to go for breakfast. It’s small and perfect for a nice chit chat with friends and family. Nothing overpowering or loud in this place. Kids meal: my daughter said the grill is not greasy. Strawberry banana smoothie is natural. Not powdered . Pick two: the salad I choose was chicken poppy seed. It taste fresh and it is one of the best salads I ever tasted — clean, fresh and filling. Sandwich. Turkey avocado taste great and healthy. I got the perfect combo on a fly. The place is clean. Somebody is always Cleaning the tables. Very courteous staff. One of the best places to get breakfast. Plus great WiFi.

Came here around 8:00am for a bite to eat. First time here and I was pleased with the appearance and service. I ordered the ham and cheese soufflé and an orange juice. The croissant crust was warm and flakey. And the ham, cheese and egg inside were cooked perfectly. Everything in he display case looked fresh and delicious. There is everything from fresh baked breads, cookies, breakfast pastries, and made to order panini and flat bread sandwiches. There are also some salads. Coffee, juices and fountain beverages are offered. The atmosphere here is relaxed with light conversation brewing in the booths. It’s sorta neighborhood coffee shop that is nice and clean. Free wifi is available too. First time and ill be back.
