The best massage I ever had! Karen was so soothing and friendly. She was able to work out knots while still making it feel relaxing. I love the little touches she added like the scented hot towel she puts over your eyes and the hot rolled towel placed under your neck to support it. I walked out floating!

Karen is FANTASTIC! She is the best massage therapist I’ve found. I have been going to her for about 15 years. She knows me well and always takes great care of me. She always asks if there is any place that needs special attention. My answer is always the same, but she always asks. She is great! If you want a terrific massage, go see Karen!

I love My Spa Massage Studio. I suffer from shoulder issues related to long distance swimming for 15 years and when I found Karen shoulders felt new again. She has just allowed me to have the mobility and limit the pain of my shoulders. She does a wonderful job, is extremely professional, and makes you feel right at home. I enjoy going to Karen so much I have increased my time when I see here as I am training for a half marathon and need help with the tightness in my legs. She is beyond wonderful and worth every penny!!! I highly recommend Karen and love her so much I have recommended my family and friends to her!

It is hard to find a massage therapist with great touch. Karen has been my massage therapist for more than ten years and does a super job every time. She is so insightful about where my muscles ache the most, and I always leave feeling fantastic. My Spa offers a relaxing, clean, zen-​like experience. I’ve also used Jen with equally fantastic results. I recommend them both very highly!

I love visiting Jen regularly for a 90 therapeutic massage. Being a dentist is hard on the back and I completely trust Jen with my health. I look forward to relaxing and letting go when I visit My Spa. The massage room is quiet, clean, and very serene. Visiting Jen is exactly what I look for when I want relaxation, but also someone who is knowledgeable in handling someone with very tight muscles. Thanks Jen!

I am so glad I found Jen at My Spa. Now super excited for her branching out on her own at Balanced Body Therapy! I have in the past had many great massages but Jen out weighs them all. Without even telling her where I hurt she just knows. And by the end of my time with her I’m totally refreshed and feeling awesome! Can hardly wait for a massage in her new place. I love her and would recommend her highly.
