Did a great job fixing my iPhone 5. It had a bulging battery that caused the screen to separate. They replaced the battery and glued the screen back in place.

I brought my sons phone here to have the glass replaced. First issue was that they didn’t have the glass and had to order it, which was OK since they said it would take a day or 2 to get. It ended up taking almost 2 weeks. Then I came in when they said to, and the tech wasn’t there. On my 3rd trip, I was finally able to drop the phone off. After 100 dollars later, we received the phone. The glass lasted 2 days then lifted, causing it to crack. We figured they would stand by their work, so we took it back. They said they wouldn’t replace it because it was cracked. Even though the crack was because THEYDIDN’T GLUETHEGLASSDOWNCORRECTLY!!.My advice is to avoid this shop at all costs and find a repair shop that will stand by the work they do.

If I could I would give this store no stars at all! Owner of the store is very rude! If she knows it’s not the first time a costumer has an issue with her policy than she should get everything in writing! It’s not our fault that US the costumers pay for her mistakes and for the poor service her and her employees give! I recently went a week ago for the 3 rd time to get my screen repaired. It was originally repaired in December and there was a promotion at the time. There was a sign outside the store indicating a very good price plus warranty! When I purchased the screen it was a year guarantee and now that I’m coming back for the 3rd time they are saying its only for 90 days! It’s like hello if I’m coming back is because your service is terrible! I wouldn’t be coming back if the screen were to be working! This is the third time! Less than 3 months! And she’s over here saying that she doesn’t appreciate me letting costumers know how shitty her work is! Only reason she is upset because I know for a fact she knows how bad her service is! She’s scared that everyone else is going to find out that her words aren’t true. People if you get any services with this store I recommend everything in writing! Trust me I’m going to be making a bigger issue of this! So disrespectful! All they do is lie! And don’t back up they’re words!

Bought a phone cover, wasn’t even given a receipt or told that there was a return policy of seven days. The phone cover started tearing almost all the way apart on its own when it’s suppose to hold cards. When I went to have the owner fix it he wouldn’t even offer an exchange he said too bad it’s been over a week and there’s a policy that I wasn’t told about nor is it hanging up in the store. Don’t shop here his items are pieces of crap and he’s a shitty business person

I purchased a phone cover and glass. The salesman who sold me the products told me they would guarantee both. I came back less then three weeks later and had to get a new cover because the first one broke. Less then a week later I came back because the new case broke my glass. The lady told me I was going to need to buy one. So don’t believe it unless they put it in writing. Poor customer service.

I really hope this store stays a long time at the mall, they’re very helpful. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve never had a problem and have left happy with the amount I’ve spent on whatever it was(usually cases) Cheap prices, and huge selection when it comes to cases for phones or tablets. I’ve also come in to get an iPhone repaired, they quoted me very cheap, but then showed me a way to go around it so I wouldn’t have to even get it repaired. Which honestly surprised me. Then last night went in just out of curiosity if they would want mine and my boyfriends old broken iPhones that both of our carriers told us they were completely done and had no use. The guys said they’d take a look to see. They easily fixed them simply by using a great charger(we felt really dumb) and even asked if we wanted them back. Offered us some quick cash which was nice, even told my boyfriend somewhere else may offer him more money if he wanted to look elsewhere. But we weren’t really thinking about the money so we did it in complete appreciation of their honesty. We were totally surprised. I now know if I have any problems with any of my phones I’ll just come here really quick. Or need a new case or charger for anything.
