Went thru drive thru at 7am this morning. It took the cashier 6 attempts to take my order after asking the 7th time I left. He was so busy talking to co-workers he was distracted from order taking. The person in front of me repeated her order a few times as well. If the job is too hard for you dude you should look else where, not that hard to do.

Brian, you’re so rude, unprofessional and you close the store 30 min before 11PM and just trying to go in… just for my refill juts for that and wy??? Because is my right and I eat outside and you !!! Close the doors 30 min. Before!!! So I take my car, I make the drive through line, and then you just said«We don’t do refills » …and I said«I know, but you close the doors» So Brian, all that’s words you use, all rude you answer… all that unproductive and unprofessional you act… and you supposed to be a manager there??? Every Sunday on my way to work, I treat myself to a Micky d breakfast. I order a coffee, sausage mcmuffin, and a hash brown. 75% of the time, y’all forget my hash brown. I don’t eat it til I get to work(in Woodland Hills) so when I open my bag and find nothing but disappointment, I’m sure you can imagine how frustrating that is. Especially since with my job, I don’t really get any breaks so I don’t get to eat again til I get off, which is usually pretty late at night. All the workers are so rushed and hurried to get you through the drive through, it’s quite rude. And yet they expect to get paid $ 15 and hour??? EFF that! Your job isn’t rocket science, it’s actually quite easy,(I’ve worked fast food before) and you can’t even get it right!!! You deserve maybe $ 8 an hour, but unfortunately min wage has been raised. I mean really, you don’t even need a high school diploma to work there and you expect to get benefits??? That’s a laugh. To your job correctly for once, then we’ll talk. By my calculations over the past 4 months, y’all owe me about $ 30 in missing food. I shouldn’t have to hold up the line and check my bag before taking off, that’s YOUR job, not mine. What are you guys even being paid to do? You’re absolutely useless.

This is the worst, McDonald’s I’ve ever ordered food. From the customer service, to food quality. Yes I know I am eating in a McDonald’s and I don’t think it takes much in taking an order and making a burger. At least I don’t think so, But comparing this one to others I think there is. I ordered something special. That was my first mistake. My second one was thinking that it was actually going to be done accurately, and with some care. Check out the workmanship of there work.

After messing up my order in the drive thru I called and was told that it wasn’t put in the computer correctly and then put on the phone with the girl who put it in wrong so she could argue with me that it was somehow my fault. I will never return to this location.

Went to via princessa @ Sierra hwy drive threw, ordered a HAMBURGER kids meal and got chicken nuggets instead. I hardly ever bring my kid to any McDonald’s and she was so excited, loved the toy than(with a disappointed tone) said«hey where’s my burger» I was like inside sweetie maybe under napkins and she said no it’s chicken nuggets. At this point I was already on the 14 heading to the valley and remembered there’s a McDonald’s on the next exit so I got off and although they are different owners the manager still gave us a burger. So thankful because I didn’t want to drive back and she didn’t want chicken nuggets thanks ladies

My visit to this McDonalds was not good. This food was cold and really gross. I felt like throwing up after eating it. No more McDonalds again. If your not use to eating it, the food seems toxic.

Got a big Mac meal and some extra sandwiches and fries. I loved that they put enough mac sauce for me to actually taste with each bite. The fries were extremely crispy, hot and salted just perfectly. Loved my whole meal! I hope the fries are always this crispy because I’ll be back!

I stopped in for a drink and to use«the facilities» what happened next pleasantly surprised me. It was before I even entered the building. A worker waiting for his ride, just chillin’ listening to his iPod saw me coming toward the door. He removed his headphones, walked to the door, opened it for me, and wished me a nice day. It’s awesome that good service still exists.

My experience here was alright. Nice staff when the store was new around 4 years ago. I would order here before I head to my retail work when it was new. I do notice that they have to improve their customer service and they are not open 24 hours. Long lines for the drive through. You have to wait 15 minutes for your turn. The eating area is clean inside however, the restroom is tight and dirty at times when I visit. Yes, Some ASSOCIATES Do Have attitudes, short tempered I might say If you don’t like long drive through wait, ditty restrooms, skip this location. Too bad, they really cook good there. And wi-fi is excellent for at n t suscribers. Sigh.

We don’t go to this McDonald’s much anymore mostly because there was always something wrong with our drive thru orders. But today we were getting ice cream and who could mess up ice cream cones. The total was $ 2.18 and I gave the guy $ 5.18. He handed me back my receipt and I asked him for my change. He said very attitudy«you gave me $ 2.18».(Um I gave you one bill and change.) He made me wait as I assume he called the manager to count out his till because she took it to another room. I even told him that he typed $ 5.18 into the register because that’s what it said on my receipt. I get it; it probably happens a lot to him but it said it on the receipt $ 3.00 change!(Duh!) Finally he comes back to tell me to pull to the next window so they can give me my(melted) cones and change… where I waited some more. Moral of my story… Don’t go here. And if you must, always count your change

This horrible so called ‘Manager’ Dianna is doing a HORRIBLE job at her job. Bought over 20 $ worth of food after waiting OVER25 minutes in the drive thru JUSTTOORDER and she was giving us attitude as if she’s the only person that works in customer service. I deal with customer service everyday for 12 hours at work and I would never give attitude to anyone like she did to us over our simple meal. Asked for extra ranch and she went off on us, giving us attitude as if it was our fault we were waiting for 25+ minutes just to receive attitude from the so called manager that clearly doesn’t deserve her position nor seems like she even wants to be there. I’m not the one to leave comments like this but this is the WORST customer service I have ever come across BYFAR. And then when we asked for extra ranch, she threatened us by calling the cops! Necessary? I don’t think so. The burger is dry and disgusting, it looks like it’s been sitting there for days. I’m Extremely disappointed by this customer Service. I understand she works nights but maybe she needs to get laid instead of working nights and taking her anger and self-pitty off on everyone else. I stopped in here while driving home because of its location. This location is right off the fwy, so it seemed like a prefect pit stop. This was not my first time stopping here, but it was the first time I stopped in and it was pretty much empty. When I walked in, there were two people standing at the counter waiting on their food, they were the only other people in this establishment. I stopped in at the most disgusting smelling restroom, which my mom even commented on. We’ve pretty much come to the conclusion that McDonald’s bathrooms smell worse than gas station restrooms. We were in the restroom no more than five minutes and headed straight to the counter. We ordered two coffees. That’s it, just two coffees. Yet, we ended up waiting what felt like an eternity for what turned out to be one of the worst cups of coffee ever. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not a stuck up fancy shmancy coffee kind of gal, I normally stop at Mc Donald’s for their coffee because the ones nearby where I live make a good cup of joe. I am a Mc Donald’s coffee kind of gal, but this coffee was awful! The cups we got from this particular franchise were no bueno… even my mom thought it was awful. I was so disappointed. I do not recommend this particular franchise. You’ll be waiting and eternity only to be let down.

I cannot give a 4 or 5 star rating for any junk food place such as McDonald’s. Their food is not fresh, but frozen so really the only rating, aside from food, is the cleanliness, staff etc. Out of the few McD’s in SCV, this is the cleanest one. It doesn’t have a kids play area, but certainly has the best service. Every now and then I take my kids there for a happy meal and toy. 3 stars instead of 2 for being the cleanest McD’s in SCV. Minus 2 stars for food quality.
