Really friendly. Some weird stuff though. Books stuck to walls and beanie babies on the a shelf. Food was really good. Heads up though, we got 5⁄10 spicy and it tasted like it was 9⁄10!

Nice people, good food(for the area)… I just have had too many instances where it takes forever from when I have ordered food. I would like to think I am pretty understanding and gracious but I’ve had too many instances both in carry out and dine in where it just took way too long. Maybe it’s because there aren’t enough good places to eat out here but seriously if they tell me it will be ready in 25 minutes and I show up in 30 I would like the food to be ready. If you make me wait another 20 minutes? I’m going to be upset. I appreciate you tried but sorry your token Thai tea doesn’t make up for it. Please give me a reason to come back like a serious discount on my next trip or at least a free plate when I spend more than $ 50 or something. I don’t mean to rant but seriously this is not how you run a restaurant. By the way unfortunately a few of my friends have had similar experiences. It’s too bad because the food is good(for the area).

I’ve thought about the fried tofu for several years since the last time we ate here. Although it’s a ways off the freeway, we made it a point to get here before they closed. The service was as great as I remembered and the fried tofu was top notch. No other restaurant that has fried tofu on their menu can compare. Great service, reasonable prices and a kids corner makes this five stars in my book!

Ooooomg. This is the most incredible Thai food ever! I’m devouring the most perfect green curry with eggplant that literally tastes like slices of absolute perfection. I never knew that eggplant could taste so good. This is definitely the best Thai place I’ve been to in LA.

We came here for dinner on our recent trip to Santa Clarita. It’s located in a random strip mall next to the sports bar. The interior looks your standard hole in the wall asian place. The menu is definitely a fusion mix of asian foods. They have your typical Thai usual suspects with your noodle, soup, and rice dishes. But there are also some more chinese style items with your orange shrimp/chicken and basil egg plant choices. We started with the satay combo: 5 chicken, 2 shrimp, 2 beef satay served with a peanut sauce and pickled cucumber. This satay didn’t taste like your typical satay though as the meat was pounded to a fillet so way more dense/dry after cooking. The peanut sauce wasn’t very exciting either as it kinda tasted like straight liquefied salty sweet peanut butter without the usual paste consistency. Overall flavor 3⁄5 overall value 2⁄5($ 12.95) Tom Yum Hot Pot with seafood and mushroom. This dish looked great in your traditional firing hot pot but the flavor again was really«fusion» for those that have tasted real authentic Thai Tom Yum. Yes it had the essence of the hot n sour profile but it was missing something in there. It was just OK. Overall flavor 3⁄5 overall value 3.5÷5 Orange chicken. This highly recommended dish and what seems to be there signature item was actually pretty good. Yeah you forget you’re in a Thai restaurant not a chinese place. The Chicken was battered well and fried to a perfect crisp. Ok yes there is only super tiny piece of chicken in there compared to your batter ratio but not being picky here. The orange sauce with the whole orange peels gave this dish a great sweet tangy profile. Sadly this was our favorite item that we ordered. Overall flavor 4⁄5 overall value 4.5÷5 Chicken Pad Thai. Going to a Thai restaurant you must try the world famous Pad thai! Ugh sadly this dish just did not deliver. Yes i know we’re in a «Fusion» thai joint but cmon you can’t mess this traditional item up! First the spice really tasted like they used cayenne pepper instead of the traditional thai chilis! Every bite you take you get this cayenne like taste in your mouth ugh. It also did not have enough tamarind to give you that sweet spiciness you expect from pad thai. The rest of the dish was just ok too. Overall flavor 2.5÷5 overall value 4⁄5 Mango Sticky Rice. YES finally something they got right! Or close enough! The rice had a good coconut milk to rice ratio and cooked perfectly chewy. The mango was super ripe and served with a side of coconut milk. Can’t go wrong with this one! Overall flavor 4.5÷5 overall value 4⁄5 Overall this place was just OK for Thai food. I guess it’s catered more to the«fusion» tastes of the area. If you are looking for real tasting Thai definitely look elsewhere. The waitresses are super friendly here at least.

My go-to Thai restaurant. It is simply delicious, the lighter side of Thai fare. You can get traditional Thai dishes here as well as some Chinese inspired ones. Food is overall more healthy tasting than the other places around here. It’s the only restaurant you can get a nice green salad at with an amazing dressing without having to deal with only iceberg lettuce. This place is the spot if you are a vegetarian or vegan as well. They offer numerous options, soy meat, and an accommodating staff. Delivery has always been prompt and food arrives hot. People that work here are always so polite and nice! Freshest Thai in town.

Food was excellent! Orange chicken was tasty! It didn’t feel heavy. It was airy and flavorful. Shrimp fried rice was superb as well. Right amount and shrimp was cooked perfectly. My favorite was the fried banana and coconut ice cream. Reminded me of the way my mom made her banana lumpia. A must try at the end of your meal! I live an hour and a half away and will come back to this place.

Just ate here and I’ve got to say I’m pretty impressed. I’m very loyal to my Thai place a few miles away but wanted something quick and looked at the menu and saw they had mock meats! What! How did I not know about this place before?! I started with a house salad and shared it, it’s a large size. I asked for both dressings and mixed them, it’s best that way in my opinion. I also got a fresh coconut which was great cold and refrshing. Then for my meal I got pad see ew with mock duck and no egg/no fish sauce. Wow seriously delicious, my friend kept eating my food and he is not vegan at all lol really fresh and great food, and I’m so glad they have vegan options so everyone can enjoy!

Went here a few months ago. Ordered take out, pad Thai, pad see ew and pineapple fried rice everything was just all right wasn’t really satisfied with the flavors. Also, the women dress in very short dresses I thought that was a little weird: p But hey guys if you dig Thai women in mini dresses this is your go to spot :)

So Happy!!! We tried take out from here for the first time. It was Amazing!!! We had tried so many Thai places locally … They are all ok … Not great. Last night … Finally found a Great Place. We ordered Som Tum — Papaya Salad & fish cake & curry & larb & Pad Thai … Asked for Fresh Thai chilis on the side. So Delicious… Definitely going back. So excited to try other dishes. Hoping next visit is as delicious as the take-out was!

A special place in an unexpected place. When ever we are coming from San Franciso we try to stop here for their famous fried tofu. It has a crunchy outer exterior and a yummy interior. The moment you walk-in you can’t help feel that this place was setup with lots of love. There is so many tiny details in the decoration that even my pictures doesn’t do it justice. Once inside you can definitely can tell that this is suppose to be family friendly environment. They even have books to keep kids busy. It has that feeling that you are visiting a family home. They even have skin cream in the bathroom to keep your hands soft. now on to the food The chicken satay was moist and flavorful. Enjoyed their thai ice tea and mango sticky rice. A definite must try place. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend their spicy beef salad being that the meat component was okay. Pad see ew was really good too.

Life Thai is the best Thai food in SCV!!! Been coming here for a few years now… Everything is fresh and tasty… Veggie Curry, Prik-King, etc. not only that but the staff is the best — great customer service and so friendly. You gotta try it, you won’t be disappointed. Come on Friday night to see Annie, PJ and Nana.

This was a great discovery for us! This place is small and if you drive past, you’ll miss it. Great for a quick bite if you’re in the mood for Thai and don’t want the crowds at larger places. I really liked the servers because they never had to be called, they were always there when we needed them. We ordered the sirloin beef & veggies and the veggie tofu plate. Both were priced well and extremely tasty! The beef was still sizzling when it came to the table and the tofu was saluted to perfection. There is plenty of parking but on weekends, the sports bar next door might cause you to park in the back.

I LOVE the fried organic tofu! Maybe the only reason I would come here. My first impression was I liked this place, A LOT. However, more recent visits, the food tasted saltier all around :( The service here is good, prices are average and the décor here is quirky. It’s a cozy and quaint spot, definitely worth a try, but I think I’d rather go to Siam Rice or Jasmine’s, both which are close by.
