I have had to work with Mr. Chroman on countless occasions regarding custody issues and he has not let me down. One thing I do not have time for is court and all the dragging of the feet that they seem to cause. Steven has always took swift action and gave me the straight truth about the situation. Whether it be something that would work out or something that wouldn’t, he just told me what was going to happen and how he would defend my family’s rights.
Having some one who you can trust and that the courts respect is paramount to me in choosing an attorney. I feel he has shown me both. He gets results and takes the time to listen. I know he is very busy and I can not be the only one who he has to attend to, and I get that. But he has ALWAYS provided excellent service and taken every case extremely seriously, no matter how trivial and frustrating they seem to me.
I would recommend Steven Chroman to anyone looking to alleviate the headaches and frustration of dealing with the courts during an already challenging time in someone’s life. You absolutely need someone in your corner and Mr. Chroman is the one you want.

Mr. Chroman subpoenaed me to testify in a case. I was due a witness fee for this service. Upon showing up at court, he indicated that he had forgotten a check and would send me one. I never testified that day but was recalled. I did not receive a check before the next court date. he is not a man of his word. He is a liar. I told him I would not show up if I did not get a check on my doorstep the night before and after threatening to have me arrested, he had a check delivered. I showed up. I asked the judge for a second witness fee as Mr. Chroman indicated he would not pay me again. The judge ordered the fee to be paid but Mr. Chroman has never done so. Do NOT use this guy… he is a liar and a cheat.

A GIFT FROM HEAVEN
I’m currently at the pre-​trial stage of an emotionally charged divorce. Initially, I hired a Family Law «Firm» who started off great, then eventually assigned a first year lawyer to handle my case. The «Firm» charged me tens of thousands of dollars for legal research, worthless motions, and on-​the-​job training fees.
