This was my first visit, I went in to get my eyebrows done, what a great experience, very relaxing and better than just an eyebrow visit.
I signed up for the membership, and I can’t wait for my monthly facial.
I can’t believe I hadn’t discovered this spa until now, I do my nails every 2 weeks, my hair color, every 4. Why not my skin and body?

After much hesitation, this 60-​year-​old granny went to Infinity Med Spa, not sure what I was going to have done. I was scheduled with Sara. I underwent a facial with extractions (yes, old ladies need extractions apparently) and she suggested microdermabrasion for various bumps. She recommended heavenly products for skin care, smell so good and make my skin so soft. I felt very pampered and loved the salon. The staff was welcoming and warm. Initially I felt the work done on my skin by Sara was very nice, but 5 days later I can’t believe I’ve gone this long in life without having these procedures done. I am speechless at the difference in my skin. Incredible is an understatement. If you have a special lady (or man) you want to treat to something magical (Mother’s Day comes to mind), don’t hesitate to get that person a gift card for Sara and her expertise. You won’t be sorry.

I’m still going at medspa and I’m still happy with the service. My lady is Cindy and I’ve been doing my laser tat removal for 1 year now. I’m glad they didn’t turn me down after a well known laser removal clinic just stop my session bec I had bad reaction just like that! Im still happy at medspa until now

My experience was beyond 5 stars!!! Wonderful staff!!! Answered all of my questions. Been to other spas and all they care about was selling the stocked facial products, Infinity never pushed any products. I highly recommend this spa!!! The prices are perfect for the services they offer. Very relaxing and not in hurry to kick you out.

We are members and get monthly (sometimes more often) massages. All of the massage therapists here are wonderful, some of the best in SCV! So much better than the other monthly membership place (Massage Envy). The therapists here are experienced, not fresh out of school and they listen to your needs. I have walked in limping and walked out like I never had an issue.
The reception staff is friendly and professional as well. It is always a pleasant experience!

I have been a member for several years and I am very satisfied with the services-​it is even lovelier since the remodel! The prices are great and the staff is always smiling and happy! The only suggestion I would make is to amend the policy with regards to cancellation-​I would have cancelled years ago because it is realistically not financially feasible any longer-​but due to time constraints, illness and obligations I am not able to go and use my treatments regularly and therefore have accumulated over 6 – 7 services and I lose them if I cancel so it has become financially cumbersome-​however with that being said every time I leave I am grateful I am still a member! I love Jennie, Melinda and Fallon! You are great at what you do!

I was brave and got the deep tissue massage by Fallon! It was my first time getting a massage at MedSpa but let me just tell you deep tissue is not for the faint of heart! lol. I came in with a throbbing back and achy legs and even though I was sore for a day or two after, my back and legs were feeling so much better! They mean business and are not kidding when they say deep tissue haha. It is worth spending the extra money than cheaping out and going to a sobadora people! I especially loved the massage she gave for my legs and feet. 5 Stars for Fallon and MedSpa.

I love this place. They are very attentive to your needs before, during and after your service. They have awesome specials — I am getting laser hair removal and my experience has been satisfactory so far. I would definitely recommend this place. I look forward to continuing my treatment here. They are very thorough during my treatments and they really care about your visit with them.

I posted back in 2012 and 3 years later I am still giving this spa a 5 star review. Every staff member is very friendly and knowledgeable, from the staff up front, managers, therapists, nurses, up to the owners. Love Love Love Diana, Lydia, Cindy, Chelsey, Jeff and Tim! The remodel is fabulous, very warm and welcoming, great products on their shelves as well. This spa is very on top of the latest procedures and make sure proper training is given. Now with that being said, I love the spa and everything about it, and I would never go anywhere else, as I trust them 100%. However, do keep an open mind as not every procedure works for every BODY, even at the best of places. I have always had success though with laser treatments and massages. Give it a try, I think you will agree with me.

I really love this place and have been going here for a few years now. I used to pay two to three times as much at Beverly Hills spas and dermatologists, for lesser results and lesser care. I know this area seems like the back of nowhere to a lot of people, but believe me when I say it is worth the drive. Cindy is a miracle worker with a syringe — seriously, the BEST — and Brigitte gives the best facials (the microderm here is superb and well priced). They always call the day following a procedure to make sure you are feeling good about it.
The only complaint I have is that periodically I have had trouble getting an appointment when I needed it because they are quite popular and people are beginning to discover this amazing spot, which is no longer our little secret!
Compared to Westside spas, Infinity Med Spa is moderate price-​wise.

Don’t be fooled by the name… This is NOT a hole in the wall place. This Spa offers all kinds of treatments, incentives and products. Excellent service with friendly staff and a clean welcoming boutique type environment! They scheduled me a same day appointment and were not pushy about other services.

Even though I visited Infinity Med Spa over a week ago, my skin STILL looks amazing thanks to Sara J. who, I believe, has the fountain of youth in her fingertips. It’s a little bit of a drive for me, but sooooo worth it. The front staff is outgoing and welcoming. I felt like I’ve known them for years. I can’t wait to try all their services and have I mentioned the product line? It’s absolutely delicious. I will become a «regular» — guaranteed!!!

I absolutely love this place! I come at least once a month for either a massage or a facial, the membership is super affordable and the staff is awesome! I started using their products and seen a huge difference in my skin! The also have rewards points so you can earn lots of free stuff!!!
