I have had the opportunity to work with Exclusive Property Services for the last 3 years and I have found their staff to be knowledgeable and ALWAYS AVAILABLE. Their ability to work through complicated community issues with such a high degree of professionalism has always impressed me. I HIGHLY recommend Exclusive Property Services.

Firstly, Mike gets nothing done — Secondly, Scott is a a** h***. He cares about no one and nothing. A repair 9 out of 10 other properties received in 2010 that I requested back in October has not been repaired to date and my daughter was injured and needed surgery. The reason I asked for the repair was so no one got hurt. They are negligent and only tell you what you want to hear to get you out of their «office». DO NOT USE THEM — THEY ARE BY FAR THE WORST GROUP OF PEOPLE MANAGING A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THEM. They are the worse management company. They take for ever to get things done in the complex. They don’t reply to your emails and they hang up the phone when you try calling them. Ask for a supervisor and they keep saying call back. They are by far the worse property management company there is. FFFFFFFF
