My first visit to Esthetics Design and I am so pleased. Mel and her crew are awesome. I felt at ease from the moment I got there. Waxing is never easy but Mel had me at ease. A true heart centered experience. Thank you so much. See you in four weeks.

As I sit in Shannon’s chair getting my hair done and having just moved from Mel’s chair and gotten my eyebrows done, I realize just how much I love coming here. Of course I love coming here and leaving feeling extra beautiful, but even more I love coming here because of the vibe of the salon.
I’ve been coming here for more years than I can count, but I promise you I won’t ever go anywhere else. You can tell that everyone who works here really loves what they do and likes who they work with, which we all know can either make or break a job.
If you’re in the area, or even if you’re not, give them a call. I promise you won’t be disappointed with your experience.

Been here 3 times already and Kayla is the best! She put an ombré in my hair and took out years of dark box color that same day. Won’t go to anyone else anymore!

I’ve been going to Imelda’s for the past 8 years to get my eyebrows waxed. As a male customer I always feel comfortable and she does a great job. She knows how to clean up my eyebrows, but still keeps them looking masculine.

Been going here for over 2 years now. Love the staff here. Bri gives great facials, my face always feels great after leaving. She even helps me find some products to help reduce my breakouts. Maegan has been cutting my hair for the 2 years also and it has always been perfect. Imelda is always very nice and is always checking to make sure everything is going great. Nathalie at the front desk is super nice as well. I can’t go anywhere else.

I have been going to Bri for about 5 years for my brows. I have super light eyebrow hair and she tints them perfectly every time, never too dark or too light. She always work wonders on my brows, perfect shape, arch, color, and service. Every thing the salon uses is super clean as well which I love. She has great hours and always works well with my schedule. I have recommended so many friends to her who are just as happy.

I’ve been coming here for about a year. I see Mel for eyebrows and they always turn out amazing! I see Shelley for my hair and she is absolutely amazing! My hair looks AMAZING every time I walk out of that place. I seriously have not one single complaint. The atmosphere is great too! Everyone is super friendly!

Went to Shelly the first time six weeks ago for a partial weave and trim. My hair had been over processed and cut totally wrong so I needed a tender hand and a shoulder to cry on when I met with her. She told me my hair was «too blonde» and looked washed out… suggested a two tone blonde with a little color. Turned out fantastic! Really pretty. She also said that my hair is cut to «feather out» (like in the 80’s) when she could tell I like to blow under and scrunch. She said she would try to re-​shape it but it would take a bit more growing out before she could totally fix it. She was right… she cut it as best as she could and it worked.
So my second meeting with her is scheduled for this Saturday and I’m super excited. Best part is, I really could have waited another couple weeks (previous stylist had me going every four weeks!) but I have an event I want to be «freshly blonde» for so I’m going in early.
Will post second review after the weekend, but if it’s anything like my first meeting with her… this could wind up the beginning of a long term relationship. Yay!

I have been living in Santa Clarita for 3 years, but recently moved to Saugus 1 year ago. I am so happy to have a great Salon less than a mile from my home. I was so happy with the service I received. Thank you Kayla Rafael for the great haircut! She was very professional and friendly. I am definitely coming back, the salon was clean, inviting and wonderful service.

Kayla is amazing! She fixed the terrible highlights I had. She’s just fabulous and I’m so happy to have found her.

Mel D is the best! It was my first wax ever and she made it an awesome experience. No double dipping she told me and to look out if I ever get a Brazilian anywhere else. She let me talk her ear off which is what I do when I get nervous she was awesome!

I love this place! Been going to my friend and wonderful hair stylist Shannon for years! She does great work! Bri has been doing my waxing for a while now and is amazing! She does such a great job every time she does my eyebrows and arms! All the ladies are so sweet and wonderful every time I go in there!

I love this place. Mel does incredible work and runs a tight ship. They are always on time and sanitary.

Ask for Ann. Nicest girl ever. Did an amazing job and I’m so excited about my new haircut and I’m a guy! My wife went to her this week and she loves her new color.

This place is really nice, all the stylist and estheticians are very friendly. I came in for a haircut and a shampoo. If you’re looking for a nice clean gentle men’s cut to have that dapper look, I recommend Kayla R. I’ve been going to her for my hair cuts for years.

I love Imelda (Mel). I have been going to her for years. She is so nice and is the owner of the salon. The Salon is so clean and cute. Mel does the best eyebrows:) I highly recommend this salon and Mel to everyone!!!

I always get my hair done by sammy. I have known her since high school and she did my hair for prom. Since then I have always trusted Sammy with my hair. She is the only one that has chopped my hair off and made it exactly how I wanted it. She also tells me the realities of hair maintenance. I would definitely recommend this place and any of the hairstylists there!

If you want a good haircut and you don’t want attitude, this is the place for you. Shelly did my cut, she was so attentive, gave me just what I wanted. I can’t wait to go back and get my highlights done. I am all smiles!!!

I have been visiting Esthetics Design bi-​monthly for both waxing services and haircuts. Imelda has an eye for detail and is a perfectionist when it comes to shaping, tinting, and waxing eyebrows. When Imelda’s unavailable, I generally see Serina, who is equally as talented as Imelda.
I have had haircuts and colors with both Maegan and Sammy. Both are amazing with scissors and are so friendly to talk to. My most recent haircut/​color was with Sammy for an ombré and razor cut.
Generally I’m accustomed to only going to Korean hairstylists, however Sammy and Maegan both changed that. I love my hair every time I leave the salon!
