We had a gopher problem & I called a number of places getting only a machine until I called Critter Busters. The lady I spoke with was very pleasant & told me someone would call me back within a few hours. To my surprise Lee called me back within moments. He explained what services they provide, answered all my questions & we set up an appointment for later that week. When he came out he was extremely professional & pleasant. He explained what he was doing & was able to keep working while answering my family’s questions about pests. I have to say that Lee’s knowledge & professionalism were extremely refreshing as most companies/​employees are greatly lacking these. I highly recommend this company based on my experience with Lee & will be using them for any pest issues I have moving forward!

This review is for Critter Busters’ customer service and business integrity ONLY.
My apartment is overrun with silverfish. Every day my fiancé and I find them scurrying across our floors or taking up residence in our cupboards.
After months of squashing bugs, I finally submitted an inquiry to the Critter Busters website to see how much it would cost to get our apartment sprayed. Literally one minute later, I received a call from Dave (the business owner). He told me that spraying our apartment alone would not solve the problem — the silverfish would simply move to the unit next door and return when the coast was clear.
Dave recommended that I contact our landlord and see if he was willing to spray the entire complex. Unfortunately, our landlord has a pre-​existing relationship with another pest control company and did not need Critter Busters’ service.
With that said, I was impressed with how quickly I received a response from Critter Busters. I was especially impressed that Dave did not try to sell me a futile service or inspection. It would have been really easy for him to make a few quick bucks at my expense.
I strongly recommend contacting Critter Busters if you’re looking for excellent customer service and an honest appraisal.

After finding a very dead skunk in my back yard, I called Critter Busters and they scheduled an appointment for the same day. Their excellent service technician, Jose, arrived exactly on time, removed the skunk and thoroughly disinfected the area. He was very professional, and I didn’t feel like he was just disposing of a carcass — rather, he respected that it had been a living creature. I highly recommend Critter Busters and Jose; it is rare to find a company that offers exceptional service at a fair price.

I recently called Critter Busters to take care of a major issue for me. I had a major roach problem recently and it required immediate attention (I really hate roaches). I swear they came from nowhere. I blame my neighbor. I called and they sent out the EXTERMINATOR MAN. I’m bad with names so I don’t remember what his name was. Nice guy, very professional. I’ve yet to see any roaches creeping in from anywhere. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would hire again.

I really appreciated the attention I received from Critter Busters. My inquiry was answered immediately by a person named Dave. I leased an office building and found that it had a pest issue (they were mainly crawling in through the warehouse door out back). A technician came out shortly and sprayed stuff around the office — seemingly everywhere, mostly in the corners, and a little outside. We only had to leave for the rest of the evening — it was convenient and not restrictive. So far, I haven’t seen a single roach, cricket or whatever else was crawling around. The price was reasonable. Thank you very much.
