After shopping at Cloud 9, and switching to the Vapor dept, I truly regret making a switch. The Vapor dept has sold me multiple faulty products and every time I have ever walked into cloud 9, they have been more then happy to help me and fix my Vape. Not only is the customer service great but the prices are exactly the same as any other Vape shop so before you decide to switch to another place, think about if customer service is important to you. Because I can tell you, Cloud 9 has given me the best help!

They have a cute setup here with a wide selection of juice. My usual vape shop is in orange county but recently moved out here and I’d have to say this is now my go to vape shop :)
Came here with the bf and we both adored Devon! He was extremely knowledgable, patient & sweet. We wish there were more guys like him working at vape shops.
My bf goes to many vape shops and he is very particular about them so when he said he liked it here. all I had to say was WE FOUND A WINNNER! :)

Friendly service. Great selection of juices. Snake oil is a must try. Interior is like a bar setting with a large tv. Cool place to chill and vape after a long day of work. Clipper dancers come here too.

I am always greeted by name and everyone in there has been nothing but professional and courteous to me and my husband. It’s always clean when you walk in. I love the minimalist décor. I would highly recommend this shop for those who care about what they vape.

This place is conveniently located in a good spot & the staff is very friendly & knowledgable. They take the time with each customer & cater to their needs. I’ve been a loyal customer since the grand opening! Awesome line of juices! Good job cloud 9!

I had a decent time… Didn’t know who was actually working there… Juice is way over priced… Nice lounge… Decent experience.

Went in looking for a specific juice flavor that was hard to find. We called in before hand to make sure it was in stock. The guy over the phone sounded busy but was very helpful.
Came in the store a few hours later… Shop is nice and clean. The workers and people there are extremely friendly. The person that sold us the juice was knowledgable on the products. First impression means a lot! It’s a tad bit pricey compared to other spots we’ve been to but 10% off for first-​time customers… That was a plus! Heard they are celebrating their 1 year… Congrats guys! It’s nice to have a legit vape spot in SCV.

Broad selection of quality products. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and very patient when I’m sampling juices and can’t make up my mind. This is one of two places I go to in the SCV but this being my first choice because all-​in-​all they’re a better shop.
I would like to see them get a website up and running.

I highly recommend anyone who vapes or is interested in vaping to check out Cloud9 Vape Pure. The customer service is excellent and they provide a chill yet professional atmosphere which makes all the customers feel welcome! I bought a K100 there and it’s great that they do free rebuilds whenever I need them!

This is a great local shop. I was pleasantly surprised by the extensive selection of premium juices, mods, pens, you name it. The staff was friendly and the shop was very tidy. All of their merchandise was displayed well, albeit the store was a little dark. The shop keep was very willing to let me sample some of the juices I haven’t tried before. What I was happiest about was that they offer the full line of Five Pawns. They’re only one of two shops in Santa Clarita that I know of who carries the line. I am typically never one to badmouth competition. But my experience with the other shop in town who carry Five Pawns will never get another dime of my money due to their poor customer service and bad attitude. Bottom line, I will be back for more at this shop.

Hubs and I just went out for date night for dinner and stumbled on this gem! Lovely shop with employee’s who definitely know their inventory! We were impressed! I was so pleased to see they will be carrying my favorite juice, P.O.E.T.
Very relaxed atmosphere! We will definitely be back!

Came in today with a problem with my kayfun. Matt @ Cloud 9 gave me personal, attentive and patient service. Sat with me and taught me how to build my own coil and introduced me to some new juices.
By far, the quality of there inventory is much higher than most places I have been too. This is a place you must check out!

I came into this shop at their Grand Opening, and to be honest, I wasn’t all that impressed. They seem to have a good juice selection, but other than that, I don’t have another reason to visit again. The place was just incredibly dark, and I can’t imagine how anybody could build in there (there was actually a group trying to make coils). Do they build in the back? How can they display anything outside of the glass effectively?
At the risk of maybe sounding a little old, this seems like the place that will be attracting most of the 18-​year olds that go to Saugus High, if they are even that old. Just not my crowd.
The employees there were also very scattered, but I give them an A for effort for trying to help every customer that was there.
If you love loud music, dark places, and employees who don’t really know how to organize, then by all means, check this place out.

I just left the Grand Opening. I bought a Paragon Mod with a Kayfun R.B.A. and Five Pawns Gambit Liquid. Goodbye garbage pipe mod! It was such a different experience than the other Vape Shops in the Santa Clarita Valley. I was able to stand behind my builder and watch him put everything together. As I walked in I was greeted with a smile and shown 4 different mods before I decided on the Paragon. I already knew I wanted a Kayfun RBA but they had over 100 different juice testers set up and the girl who was helping me patiently walked me through all of my choices. So happy this place is so close to my house!
