BEAUTIFUL place! It was my first time there and I was blown away by the extravagant décor and furniture. The manager is very helpful and gave me some great decorating ideas. I definitely recommend this place.

Really, truly love this place! All hard-​wood, unique furniture pieces. Owner and employees very friendly and helpful– open 7 days a week. I like that they offer custom furniture too for different size spaces. Only have a few pieces from here so far, but my next purchase will definitely be an upholstered headboard!

I had the best experiences whether it was strolling around for ideas or spending some of the thousands of dollars I have spent here at Bella Venezia. Fonzie was a doll, and Hortencia gave fantastic advice on what to chose for the occasion and style advice.
Some of the up-​most high quality wood, and the price matches it. However, you are paying for the name and quality, as the value will never fall beneath what you paid. Will be back sooner than later as always!

We were drawn to the style and beauty of the furniture here, and had a great sales experience as we were spending well over $ 10K.
When the $$$$$$.$$ couches finally arrived 11months later with (in my opinion), defective fabric, all of a sudden I was the problem client. Negotiating a resolution with both Fonzie and Hortencia was so impolite, uncomfortable, and down right hostile I will never again purchase from them. There are many other small businesses out there with great customer care ethics that I will choose to support instead.
Jeannie K and Danielle R. were right about the «Blown up attitude», they act as if they are doing you a favor, and don’t forget it.

I came here right at 10am which is the time in which store opens. Nothing. Nobody here to open doors and i had come to pick up a chair which was already paid for. Very annoying and disappointing that they cannot even keep to office hours. An employee finally showed up at 10:20 without an apology and blown up attitude. Wow.

I stopped in to look at a few items. They have nice things however the place is certainly not stroller friendly and the guy there did absolutely nothing above and beyond to help us. I regretted making the detour to stop by but maybe they were just having an off day?

My entire house is furnished by Bella Venezia! The furniture and home décor are one of a kind. Hortencia and her crew have a knack with decorating and offer great suggestions. The customer device is incredible. They are always kind and they all seem passionate about the décor. Hortencia even came to my house and helped me with decoration ideas — which I get compliments to this day!

This store has the MOST GORGEOUS home accessories. I’ve purchased several of their knick knacks in the past, and those are still with me today, in perfect condition thanks to their great quality. If you just purchased a large expensive home and want to decorate it to the nines, COME HERE.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a table, it came a week later than what we were told. When the table finally came, it had one leg longer than the other three. We were told that the table was on back order and would not be in for 2 months! They let us use the faulty table until the replacement table arrived. 2 months later we were told that it would be another month. During this time we noticed that one chair was also defective and had one end higher than the other. During this time we also had to switch out the table bench because it was also defective with one leg higher than the others. 3 months later we got the table. However, it is now almost a year later we have not received the replacement chair. When we asked for a discount for all of inconvenience, we were told «no sorry» by the owner. She seems to have an attitude and poor customer service skills. They need to order quality furniture from their supplier and at the very least apologize when they sell you expensive furniture that is defective. we love that style of furniture, but now we would rather driver to Burbank or other places to buy our stuff. Stay away from this place!

I love this store. I’ve purchased several pieces for my home from them: an entrance way console, an oversized tv stand, and 2 beautifully distressed/​turquoise painted pieces in my daughter’s bedroom. The furniture is solid wood. Not one piece of mdf in anything. Check the local clipper/​smart shopper coupon mags for 10% Off coupons (on the back). It’s nice to have a store owner and her sons helping you, instead of a vulture-​like salesperson at the mass stores. Everytime I need something I stop in here first.

If you are looking for real wood — this is the place to go! Awesome pieces and customer service. I went back to get a 6ft console table that I wanted but it had been sold. So the owner ordered another for me and it arrived within two days. Lots of wrought iron pieces and large dark wood furniture. Great prices for real wood. I will be going back for more furniture.
