One of the torsion springs on my garage door snapped and needed to be replaced. I was originally only going to replace the one but Joe explained that within months the older one would also snap because of the difference in tension between the springs. The price that he gave me for both springs was about the same that most companies quoted me for only one. Joe was friendly, polite and the job was done in about an hour.
