Apollo’s Barber Shop VIP Lounge

Nancy! Literally, the best barber I’ve had up to this point in my life. To maintain tradition you would expect a guy to be a barber. Yet, I was surprised to see a woman introduced to me when I came in last week. I wanted to give her a chance despite my surprise and I’m glad I did. She paid so much attention to detail. She cut my taper perfectly, did an excellent job with my beard trim, and gave me the closest neck shave I’ve ever received. Also, I liked the face that I could sit there and enjoy the services without having to shoot the breeze with superfluous conversation. Of course, she was pleasant to talk to whenever I felt like talking but I was there for the clean look, not because I was lonely. Anyway, I’d encourage any guy looking for a clean cut in Valencia to stop by and give her a try.

I took my 12 year old here to get a haircut. The barber we were given did not know what he was doing. He was extremely rude and they had a movie playing that had women exposing their breasts. I was extremely disappointed!!! What a bummer to pay money and leave an establishment with my son still needing another haircut.

Apollos VIP Lounge has really taken the time to hone in on their craft of quality shaves and haircuts. From the moment you walk in, you are warmly greeted and offered something to drink. I made an appointment and received a shave on this occasion. Gavin was the barber that I had. A true master of his craft who takes his skill set seriously. After today’s experience I have found a new barber that I hope I can continue to go to for years on end. I highly recommend that anyone living in the Santa Clarita valley come and visits apollos. You surely won’t be disappointed.

This is the VIP Lounge down the street from the regular Apollo’s Barber. They promised a lounge with more services and treatments and so far it looks great.
The new lounge offers the same gentleman’s service as usual with the razor shaves and all. Now they have added a ultimate shave room to give the more relaxing, take your time experience. A nice touch. There is also the normal beard trimming and color if you need. Also offered is a show shine, manicure, pedicure, and much anticipated beer /​wine bar to open soon. They also mentioned that they are going to open up a cigar area and sidewalk tables to hang out on.
Most of the faces there are the usual gang of guys from the former location. They are really a great bunch of guys. You walk in and its a very chill, relaxed vibe. No drama, or attitudes. Just some light conversation, music and good barber work happening here.
As of now the beer lounge is not serving the beer yet — waiting on the city to permit that whole thing. But it looks very promising. Still you can get a cold water, soda, or energy drink to quench your thirst. Also I noticed they have shoulder massage service from time to time. As with the other Apollo’s the service and unique style of barber work is second to none.

Just got a fresh cut at Apollos VIP Lounge from Gavin! I’ve been a fan of their barbers and have been to their two other locations as well. Gavin’s a great barber with high attention to detail. If you’re looking for a mens cut and shave, I highly recommend checking this place out! You’ll kick yourself for not doing so earlier!
