American Vision Windows

We had been waiting forever to get new windows and AVW made it so easy. The salesman was nice, they measured the windows, had them made to order and were installed in 1 day, no mess. They work great and are so pretty. I am sure we will save on our electric bill because the AC doesn’t have to work as much. Love, Love Love them.

This company knows what they are doing!!! As soon as the consultant came to our house we knew we were in good hands. He was on time, very knowledgeable, efficient and gave information that allowed us to make the best decision for our needs. The installation crew was professional in every way, worked well together and were aware of our needs during the construction. Our home now looks fabulous and the energy efficient windows make every room look like new. We would gladly refer our friends and family to American Vision Windows.

We had a number of different estimates. Then Don Adams of American Vision Windows showed up! From the minute he started talking it was clear that he knew windows and glass. He helped us pick out window and door designs discussing the pros and cons of various scenarios. We ordered 4 windows and 3 doors. It took about a month to get them as they were all custom made.
I just want to say that the installation crew was the most professional and thoughtful group of people I’ve ever had at the house. They explained everything they were doing, and did it very well.
We were so impressed we ended up ordering front of the house picture windows which are more beautiful then we could have imagined! Thanks Don.
Finally, thanks to Alex in customer service. Our dog ran through one of the brand new screen doors! Alex had someone out the next day who did an expert repair. Such great service!

After an exhaustive vetting of several different window companies we decided to go with American Vision Windows. They were the most expensive of the companies we looked at, but now that everything is done, we feel we got good value for the money we spent. As in most things in life, you get what you pay for.
Our windows were installed today and things could not have gone smoother. They showed up when they said they would. The very first thing they did was run butcher paper on all the walking surfaces where they’d be working to protect our floors. They covered furniture, TV’s, dressers, etc. with plastic to protect and prevent dust buildup. They showed great respect for our home treating it as their own and we really appreciated it. We’ve had more than one contractor in the past roll their eyes when asked to either remove their shoes or wear cloth shoe booties (that we provided). These guys did the right thing without asking.
The windows themselves were expertly installed. No detail was too small and the finished product, inside and out, looks wonderful. When they were done Travis took us from window to window demonstrating how to use the various features and how to remove them for cleaning, etc. Prior to leaving, they thoroughly cleaned every window and so thoroughly cleaned up their mess that you would not have even known they were here.
We had two crews working on our project: Travis and his partner Mike and Nielsen and his partner Jose. All 4 gentlemen could not have been more competent or more pleasant to work with.
