We have worked with Thermal Mechanical on several Tenant Improvements over the last 5 years and their dedication to finishing the project: on time and on budget was excellent. I would recommend them to any commercial business looking for quality work.

Thermal Mechanical takes care of the HVAC in my office building. We just had a technical in our building to fix a leak in the cooling system when we had some really hot days a few weeks ago. And then the same technician was in to complete the job and fix our heating problem. Now, all the employees are nice and warm at their desks. Doug was a wonderful technician. He was incredibly thorough and very polite.

The facility I manage was being taken by these guys for years. The final straw was when they told me I needed to re-​pipe the buildings to get hot water to higher floors. I was puzzled as this was a recent phenomenon and this had never been a problem in previous years.
The so called experts that I met with made no excuses for the months of service calls where they did nothing but pick up a check for almost 2k. The discovery I made thanks to a non profit water monitoring company that we only had to replace so bypass valves. I was left to ponder, well best case they are morons and worst they are crooks.
I don’t know about the other reviews on Unilocal.I think they wrote one and the plumbers are hot is probably one of their moms. The truth is I have a file that shows that this company is not fit to unclog your toilet.

Awesome job guys! This company knows what they are doing and it gets done right and on time. Stayed within our corporate budget and communication was superb. Glad to find quality contractors still exist!
