The best veggie burritos I’ve ever had. Definitely prefer them over Chipotle’s. The taste can be a little inconsistent with different people making them, but is always good. This is my dinner every other day.

If you’ve never tried their pambasos, I would highly recommend! A spicy torta deep-fried in hot sauce served with sour cream and guac, it’s a fancy creation by this convenient taco truck.

Although they do tend to lag and start later than advertised(only open in evenings) honestly the flavor is worth the wait. Coming from an impatient person, I literally will sit and wait for my tacos or quesadillas patiently because I know when I bite into them it will be ALLWORTHIT! My favorite is pastor quesadilla, my boyfriend likes their tacos de asada! Ask for extra grilled onion and jalapeño they’ll be more than happy to give u as much as you want! Also they offer 4 – 5 different salsa and self served beans which is a plus! Try it I promise you won’t regret it!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I’m sorry but I got here at 8:30 and by 9:20 they still didn’t have my three tacos de pollo ready, when everyone who ordered after got their food, so I asked for my money back. Just very unorganized, and a waste of my time, ill take my business else where.

Great tacos and the quesadilla is delicious. They have home made sauce that are very good and spicy, the Orange one is my favorite.

The workers are nice and the tacos hit the spot. a bit pricey for them, but my favorites are the lengua and the pork. The lengua has always been tender and juicy. The pork has a slight kick to it similar to chipotle, and it’s got some good flavor. The orange sauce is also great. Make sure u get some sautéed onions and jalapeños to top it off

I wanted to give Tacos El Tequila 4 stars originally but couple things made me down grade it to a 3 star. I arrived here fairly late around 1030pm after my drive up from OC, starving. Its not too far from my place and i’ve seen it on several occations opened late. My intuitions told me this place had to be at the least decent as I had only seen hispanic people eating here. Anywho, they had run out of lengua(tounge) and cabeza(beef cheek) and were only left with carne asada(beef), al pastor(spicy marinated pork), pollo(chicken), and chorizo(pork sausage). The carne asada was chopped up a bit too finely for me making it seem almost like ground beef, it was also on the tad bit salty side. The chorizo was super finely chopped and had a lot of interesting flavors going on but at the same time it was a bit funky and I didn’t enjoy the texture of it much. The al pastor for starters wasn’t cooked on a spit and lacked sweetness because there was no pineapple. The chicken has the most meat portion on the taco, seemed normal and didn’t really have any draw backs. Maybe the meat serving size would have been bigger if I came a little bit earlier. After my order of four tacos, as I was eating, 3 or so more customers came and by the time the last guy ordered there was only enough meat for 1 carne asada, 1 al pastor and still enough for more orders of pollo and chorizo. They could have skimped on the meat a bit knowing this. I think the biggest draw back for me was the price of each taco. At $ 1.75 each, 4 tacos cost $ 7, these are some Expensive Tacos… especially when i’m used to $ 1.00 tacos down in OC/LA. The orange salsa was pretty bomb though. I’d come back here for another late night, last min, emergency hunger run.

Best tacos in my area!!! They set up about 5:30−6pm in front of the stop n save liquor store/maple leaf donut, on Scott and Warburton. Rain or shine. Friendly, quick service. Open late. Carne asada(beef/steak), el pastor(pork), pollo(chicken), chorizo, lengua and cabesa(beef cheek) tacos. They dont do burritos. They don’t sell drinks, but no biggie, just buy from the liquor store. I ask for the grilled onions in replace of the raw chopped ones… yum :) Super good orange colored salsa… careful it’s spicy, but great flavor.
