They were 10 min late picking me up because the driver had the wrong number for me and was parked on the street so I couldn’t see the van. Driver didn’t think to call the dispatch to make sure she had the right number. We got lost on the way to the airport making me even later. I wouldn’t use them again.

I’ve been a super-​happy customer of Sunlight Airport Shuttle & Limo for several years. Gary (the owner) provides door-​to-​door shuttle service to and from all Bay Area airports (which means you won’t spend hours on a shuttle ride all across town that is longer than your actual airline flight). He also offers a private car service. Regardless of the time of day (or night), Gary is always prompt, courteous, respectful — and he really goes the extra mile in customer service to make sure his travel-​weary customers are comfortable.
(P.S. My only reluctance is posting this review is that now The Best Kept Local Secret for Shuttle Service in the Bay Area is out! =))
