Stuft Pizza

Used to be our favorite pizza place. In the last few months prices have gone up and quality has gone down. The pizza sauce is now virtually flavorless. Disappointing.

Topping have always been skimpy compared to Milpitas. I used a coupon and they did not honor it.

This review is for the catered pizzas we got at work. My expectations were very low plus I have never tried this pizza before, so I was surprised that all the varieties I tried were actually pretty good, fresh made and still warm! My favorite is the Mediterranean one, full of veggies. These guys are not cheap on their toppings. I was satisfied and hopefully they bring these pizzas (several toppings) again to my workplace.

I agree with some of the other reviews. They cannot seem to get the order right, a simple task. And when they get it wrong whether it’s the wrong pizza or whatever else it is they can’t seem to make it right, no customer service whatsoever. I did not know that they were under new ownership, this explains that the pizza sucked anyway besides being the wrong pizza, it sucked… dry, no flavor. It’s unfortunate because my husband and I both loved this place but there’s too many other pizza joints who serve good pizza to be concerned with it won’t be going back.

I ordered on line @5:45 I called them @6:55 and they said it was on the way. It got to my house @7:25 and the worst part it was cold and the hot wings were gross. I use to love going there not no more maybe new owners. We will not be going back.

Three stars for the food but far as service goes I’m thinking they’re racist because my friend is black and we came to eat here, we both ordered two personal pizzas. Personal is the smallest size they’ve got and then the next size is a small pizza. A family of 5 came in a while after us and ordered two medium sizes. How the hell did they get their pizzas before us?! They came after is and ordered a bigger order. It seriously shouldn’t take that long to make two personal sized pizzas! Apparently our pizza was sitting in a hot box. We only got it after I had to ask where our food was. Service sucks but the food is good. By the way there’s a Stuft pizza in Milpitas that seems by far better

Prices on their website are not accurate. Everything we ordered was $ 3-​$ 4 more expensive than what is posted under the menu section of their website. The large Cornucopia is not $ 25.15, it is now $ 29.95. But their website reflects $ 25.15. They will NOT honor their website price when questioned.
Pretty shady business practice.

After repeating myself four times the girl handed over the phone to another employee who also had language barriers. I would have continued the order but that guy became so rude that I decided I better not trust them to make a pizza for my family at this point. terrible service and not good with the public. Order online if you hope there are no language barriers via internet. Go down the street to Chicago Pizza… so worth it!

Don’t come here if you have American currency. Apparently they’re too incompetent to keep change in their store. So if you have $ 100 bill, they won’t have change for it. if you’re on a strict time frame for your lunch break, don’t waste your time going there because you will waste your whole lunch.
As far as I see it, this place owes me a lunch. the customer service was terrible, like it was my fault that I only had $ 100 bill and they can’t go to the bank to keep change their drawer. I will never come back here again and I recommend that you don’t waste your time.

I really enjoy their pizzas. But there are lots of issues that delicious pizza can’t always redeem.
First time, they gave the driver the wrong address so my pizza took way longer to deliver.
This time, order came missing toppings and when I called in their response was «what do you want me to do [to make it up to you]?» I was then offered coupons BUT «we’d have to drive there to give them to you so just use the free ones on our website». I wouldn’t ask them to deliver a new pizza (although I don’t think that would be unreasonable) or have a full refund, but I’d expect an actual coupon instead of one that I would *already be using for my order*.
Not to mention the pizza this time was drenched in oil. The bottom of the box actually had a puddle of oil under the pizza. This wasn’t the case the last 2 or 3 times I ordered so I might have just gotten unlucky.
I’ll probably keep ordering from Stuft because they’re one of the few places that delivers to my location. And the pizzas really are delicious. But I won’t enjoy knowing the fact that if they mess up, I won’t get any good customer service.

The pizza is still good, but service is declining since the ownership change. They can’t even hold onto staff. Seems like new people everytime I go in there. And they’re understaffed, so always expect long wait times. Without employees invested in their work, it makes sense that the service declined, and unfortunately, the pizza won’t be far behind…

These guys know pizza. They never skimp on the toppings and yet the prices remain reasonable. The order is always ready on time and the staff is always friendly. Can’t complain.

This is a review of the service, not the food… mainly because the food never arrived. Called for delivery. Driver said couldn’t find us. We are off the same road they are located on! Using GPS seemed to be a challenge. I gave him the address again and the cross streets, one of which is again the same street they are located and after almost two hours still claimed he couldn’t find us. Canceled the order.

The food here is good but the customer service is terrible. Good luck calling it in and them getting it right… actually, good luck understanding the guy that answers.
I’ve been or had delivery at least 6 times and they got my order right 0 times. I’m giving this 1 star until they get my order 100% accurate and make it on time.

Damn I love this spot they always make it perfect.
If you go on Tuesdays its lot cheaper for some reason not sure why but I love this Pizza place.

Ordered online and pizza was delicious. Fresh ingredients and fast service. Pizza was hot and ready on time. Staff was nice and curtious. Will definitely recommend this place to others. Very close to kaiser santa clara hospital for those long night stays as I had.

I’ve been going to this place for years and only get 1 pizza. The sausage with creamy garlic sauce. It’s so fresh and the crust is perfectly cooked. I highly recommend trying the sausage with creamy garlic sauce it never lets me down and they load it with a lot of sausage! 5 stars for them for never letting me down on the consistency of taste!

I have been here several times and impressed with their selection every time. They had 3 large pizzas available when I got there; one with half pepperoni, half sausage; the other had half veggie, half cheese; and the third had a half chicken combo, with half Hawaiian. That is a total of 6 different varieties. For a little over $ 9 total, you get endless salad and a drink as well. Too bad they use frozen dough, since their crusts are really dry. (similar to DiGiorgo). They’re located at the corner of Woodtham and Homestead Rd, adjacent to a Jehovah’s Witness hall.
Not great for parties since they have limited seating but they do have a large cargo van for catering if needed.

Pizza was good cheesy breadsticks good but for the price of round table id rather have round table. I deeply regret getting the Alfredo pasta it was pretty bad.
Overall its mediocre

Whether it’s eating there or having it delivered, stuft pizza is delicious and always fresh!
When you come there, you have an endless salad bar! Always loved that. My favorite pizza here is combination and pizza. The staffs are friendly and the food doesn’t take too long. The hot wings in my opinion doesn’t taste that good— taste really cheap. Like something you slap in a microwave.
Besides their hot wings, the pizza is really good.
