The 2 stars are for my first experience. I’ve been here 3 times. The first time I tried this place I had Cindy giving me a massage and it was great. The 2^nd time not so much. And the 3^rd time I got a massage from this Russian lady which was so bad and sloppy. The whole time I was wondering what she was doing. Not going back!

I initially had appointment with element massage and they cancelled my appointment a day before because the masseuse called in sick. It was a week in advance booking, her next availability is in two weeks. I needed a massage so badly. Found this place on Unilocal.Called and got an appointment right away for the next day. Just had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Lily. Safe to say, I will never go to other place for massage again. I am converted! This place reminded me of the greatest massage I once had in Bali. I will definitely return. Blessing in disguise!

I have been going to this place for almost now more than a year. It’s nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I am going now almost every month once and i could get pretty much last minute appointment. I personally like Helen’s service. My preference is deep tissue massage. The price is also very reasonable.

My husband and I are so very happy to have found Saigon Spa! The spa is clean and serene. The staff is very gracious and helpful. We both enjoyed a wonderful 90-​minute Hong-​Kong style massage. Their massage therapists are very receptive to making adjustments based on the client’s needs: plus number one. They are also very quiet and discreet while performing their services: plus number two! We will keep coming back for more!

Had a great couples massage here, private quiet room, hot stones, no oil residue. Was $ 40 each for full hour. Would definitely go back.

Amazing massage and excellent facility! From the moment you walk in the door you’ll see how nice it is and you’ll find the staff friendly and welcoming.
Each of the massage rooms are properly isolated and are quite. That along with a nice smell and relaxing music really sets the tone.
I went for a deep tissue massage. My masseuse, Hellen, was incredible! She applied the right amount of pressure and worked out all knots as she found them.
By the end of the massage I was fully relaxed and my muscles felt great! Hellen really knows what she is doing and gave me a superb massage!
Saigon massage is now my go to :)

Only place me and my bf like getting massages from. The ladies are all really nice. They all have their own way of massaging but over all they do an amazing job. All the times we’ve called they were always able to get us in. One day we called an hr before closing to see if they could still do a couples massage and they said yeah & even stayed after closing hrs.

Took my grandmother here so I can’t speak on how great the massage felt, but the workers were very nice and accommodating. Prices weren’t so bad. There are definitely cheaper places out there however.

Treated like a king. First class with a tasteful décor. I have a tired sore body from working out riding my bike, each time I visit I feel incredible when I leave every time. Thank you Saigon spa

Looking for some kind of relief of my neck and shoulder pain. My cousin suggested Saigon Salon and Spa. I have been to other massage places that are in one room with several people getting a 20 massage. I wanted a little bit more private setting. I paid $ 60 for 1 hour. Oh and don’t forget the 10 tip.
Saigon Salon and Spa is clean, organized and the massage tech are strong. In single rooms with soft lights and quite music you do go into relax mode. Here you will be asked to undress and only in your bottom underware. They do provide a clean robe hanging. Women don’t be shy your here to get a massage. My massage tech was a women she didn’t speak any english so my conversation was limited. She was very nice and polite. She always did ask if i was okay. I tried to explain hopefully to concentrate on my neck and shoulder. I said i was in a lot of constant pain. Maybe i had some type of pinched nerve. She was a very strong girl ! She did some deep tissue massage that at times I kinda was in pain. I hung it out thinking maybe this is what I needed to loosen up my trigger points.
At time when I did have to tell her It hurt. At the end of my massage she did put bengay on my neck and should area. It was a unexpected… but Im sure it helped. I walked out of there feeling like butter … so relaxed I was in awe of the massage techs unique ability.
If you do get a massage don’t be afraid of saying its too ruff. In my search for relief of my pain… I explained to my Kaiser Doctor since then I have been taken a medication Nabutone that has taken away my pain. Happly it is not a narcotic and i have no side effects.

I just had a blissful, 60-​minute Swedish massage at Saigon Salon and Spa. I don’t get massages often — perhaps once every two months. I carry tension in my neck and shoulders and it’ll get painful enough for me to schedule a massage. Being new to the area, I took a look on Unilocal and found this place — it had good reviews and was close to home, so I decided to try it.
The last massage I had was a deep-​tissue at LaVida in Sunnyvale. It was perhaps the most painful massage I ever had, and I ended up with a migraine headache and a sore body. I blamed it on the the style of massage, and opted for the Swedish massage here.
Usually, massages are somewhat painful for me. This one was uncomfortable at certain points (especially my neck and shoulders, which is what I expected), but never excruciating. It was a fairly mild massage — one that I almost fell asleep to. I really enjoyed my experience here, and left feeling peaceful and rather limber. This is compared to my previous massage at LaVida, where I left a little dazed and with the beginnings of my migraine creeping up.
The rates were fair, and the interior is somewhat plain. I would have enjoyed a few more decorative touches, but that isn’t really necessary — you’re here for the massage, after all. I’m looking forward to coming back here for a nice relaxing massage. I’ll have to try their other options, such as the aromatherapy and saigon signature massages. I *may* even try a deep-​tissue massage here at one point.

This is a terrific spa. It is simple, clean, and the massage therapists are professional and good. I try to get here about once a month, and typically request Sally. She’s a good therapist and I like her technique.
The facilities are clean and the location has plenty of parking out front.
I would recommend place to anyone looking for a good solid massage at a reasonable price ($ 55+tip)

Just got back from my 45 min massage and 45 min body scrub! The whole experience was relaxing. Christine was my masseuse and I totally recommend her! The prices for their services are very reasonable. I will take my husband with me next time!

Amazing experience! Sally and Vy are talented, caring therapists, the place is clean, contemporary and relaxing. Time is lost in a 2 hour session… heavenly!

Loved my signature massage from Saigon Salon and Spa! Don’t let the look of the outside or of the plaza deter you from going in! It is located in a small plaza that looks old but once you step inside of the salon/​spa, it’s actually quite nice. The staff was extremely friendly and nice. Most of the massages are $ 55 for an hour. I called and was away to get an appointment right away. My masseuse was professional, friendly, and gave an amazing massage. She didn’t ask me prior to the massage what areas I needed work on but she gave such a thorough massage that it relieved all my muscle tension. The prices are higher than your usual Asian massage parlors but the quality of the massage is much higher too. It seems like they actually are well-​trained. You won’t regret spending your money here!

Unilocal you are like a comfy pair of jeans– almost always reliable :) I was in so much pain and wanted a treat– a 90 min hot stone massage without having to mortgage my house and so I thought id try this place out.
Anna was amazing! She worked on all the kinks and was able to her most of my knots out! Amazing amazing… I felt like a new person when i left ;)

I love this spa. Best massage but not over priced. Vi and her staff are aways friendly and professional. One of the only spas in the area that is not seedy. I know if have a bad day at work, I can go to Saigon Spa and just relax. Thank you Vi for having a place of peace and relaxation just down the street from my office.

I’ve been trying to find a good massage place for a while and I haven’t been anywhere I’d want to come back to, until now.
Coming in for a massage was super easy (granted it was a Monday morning). Staff was very friendly except for a guy at the computer who didn’t even look up at me. Maybe he was having a bad day.
I felt a rush of disappointment during the first ten minutes of the massage because it wasn’t what I was looking for. I don’t know if she was listening to the comments I made, or maybe it was part of her routine, but soon after she changed it up and it was exactly what I needed.
I’m not giving my experience five stars because there was zero communication prior to the massage, not even an introduction. I feel that every body is different and has different needs. I felt awkward interrupting her during the massage to point out areas I wanted her to focus on. I would have rather explained it in a quick conversation beforehand
**edit — just learned the sulky guy at the front was working on their computer and not a member of their staff. So as a correction, all of the staff were friendly :)

There are many run-​of-​the-​mill spas in Silicon Valley – Saigon Salon and Spa is not one of them!
When you walk through the doors you are transported into a different world (more spa than salon). The facilities are nicely decorated, clean and the atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. I was offered a hot tea and given a moment to unwind before my treatment.
It’s been a long couple of weeks at work so I opted for the whole shebang – sauna, scrub and massage. I was given a robe, pair of slippers, and a soft luxurious towel. My first stop after a shower: the Finnish sauna. The sauna is beautifully constructed and the redwood is immaculate. The dry heat did wonders helping relax my muscles prior to the massage.
After I was thoroughly relaxed, the masseuse gave me a glass of cold water and prepared me for my next adventure – a full body scrub. The scrub was amazing! Not too hard, not too soft – just right. I love it when my skin feels new again.
After another shower it was time for the full body massage. My Vietnamese masseuse really worked me over. She started by walking on my back and working out those tough kinks. She used her fingers on my back, neck, legs, arms, and those problematic glutes. It was probably the most enjoyable, relaxing, yet therapeutic head-​to-​toe massage I’ve ever had.
Glad I found this jewel. I can’t wait for my next visit!
