They have almost nothing left.
They even had a sign up that said «Will be back in 30 minutes» with the door closed.
It’s over. By the time you see this, they are closed for good.

I had great customer service when I came in looking for a Christmas gift. Only complaint is that they were out of stock of soooo many items! So I was disappointed I didn’t walk out with exactly what I wanted… you’d think things would be fully stocked 1 full month BEFORE Christmas right?

**Techie basics, mediocre service**
Located on the top level of the Mall by one of the Macy’s
I had no clue they now offer mobile phones with Sprint, Verizon and AT&T. Naturally I searched for the iPhone with no avail… or should I say none avail-​able. Not sure yet.
I’m not a huge fan of customer service reps talking about their weekend plans with browsers in the midst but who am I to judge? Oh yeah! A potential patron! MINUS one star.
Its a little ol place where we can tech together.
There are drawers of connectors and the staff did seem knowledgable about the gadgets.

I signed up for a phone here. There were 3 guys working and they were all very friendly and entertaining. They were happy and personable and just really nice. I felt really comfortable. I was there for a while too, as I said I was signing up for a new phone. I always go there if I need something done with my phone or if I need anything they carry because I know for sure it will be a really nice shopping experience.

My experience at radio shack in Valley fair mall was very pleasant. Nathan, the one who helped me was friendly and cheerful. He went out of his way to help me put on my screen protector for my iPhone, which I bought there, twice. Anthony, the store manager was pleasant with me on the phone as well. They work as a team and that makes customer service well
remembered.

I know this review isnt particularly a great one…
With that being said, I have shopped at this radio shack from time to time. Its not exactly the mega superstore that fry’s is, however it is not nearly as crowded or complicated as frys either. Its like the general mart of generic electronics that would serve in a pinch.
But the reality of things is that I went in one night because it was hot…
REALLY HOT.
And well.
They have air conditioning!

I’ve visited and shopped at this RS at Valley Fair multiple times.
This is smaller than their stand-​alone stores.
On my recent trip there, I had to wait an extended checkout time since there was ONE customer signing up for a new Sprint phone, oh boy. I was waiting and waiting. I came very close to walking out (leaving the merchandise behind of course). But that would have just wasted my gas driving to VF.
I waited 10min to be rung up in 2min.
eh.
