After years of not really venturing into Santa Clara for anything besides Korean food, I’ve found MY nail place. Every Fancy babe has A nail place. This happens to be mine, now.
I’ve waited to review and have had 4 – 5 successful mani-pedi’s with no complaints about nicked cuticles or sloppy paint jobs. The service is great, too. They know my name now and I’ve only really told the manager, once. She has a great memory!
My nails are on point every time. Under $ 40 for a deluxe pedi and regular mani makes me come in more often than I should. Because, YES I’M FANCY AS F!
This is a 3.5 star review. The ladies here are great, especially Judy. Judy is extremely careful and meticulous. 5 stars to her!
But lately I think their customer service has gone down a bit — I recently did gel mani and 3 fingers chipped the next day. The lady told me gel manicures are supposed to last you 3 weeks. I would think if I come back a week later to redo the set (as more than 5 fingers have chipped by now) they would not charge me the full price. I understand I would pay some money for a new set, but not the full amount again. The only reason I had to come back a week later versus 3 weeks later was because the set they first did was no good. Anyways I paid the full amount again, tipped them well, and left. I don’t think I will be coming back here again.
