Phil’s Handyman Service

Phil was professional and he priced his work fairly. He spent time understanding the work I needed and delivered to perfection. He was honest and trustworthy.

A ceiling light fixture in my home office unexpectedly broke loose from the electrical box one evening, hanging just by the wires. I’m not sure why the threads in the box got stripped, but it looked like I would need to get an electrician to come in and replace the box.
My first call the next day was to an electrician, but reached his answering machine. Fortunately, my next call was to Phil the Handyman. Phil explained to me that the job would probably take him 10 – 15 minutes, but he had a minimum charge. Instead, he said that I could save the money by doing the job myself and suggested a different way that I could secure the light fixture to the existing electrical box. I decided to try that, went to the nearby Home Depot, and ended up spending $ 3 to get some fasteners and wire nuts. An hour later, I had secured the light fixture to the box/​ceiling and was back in business.
It’s a no-​brainer: the next time I need to get a few things done at home, my first phone call will be to Phil the Handyman!

Phil is awesome! He fixed a lot of things around the house and has great problem solving skills. He is very nice and professional. He stayed late to fix everything on our list. I really appreciate his great work and attention to detail.

Phil is great. I made an appointment by phone. He was very professional and really knew what he was doing. He filled a large hole in a wall, installed some blinds and shaved down some oddly cut bedroom doors. Will definitely be calling him in the future for any handyman jobs. Highly recommend him.

Phil is a fantastic handyman! He is very professional and respectful. I was so impressed that he wore booties to protect our carpet and brought materials to clean up after himself. He fixed a major disaster in our shower, re-​caulked the tub, fixed the stopper on our bathroom sink, and installed a new kitchen faucet. He stayed late to make sure that our shower was working properly and was happy to go with my husband to Home Depot to pick out a better faucet. He goes above and beyond. We highly recommend him and will be calling the next time we need a handyman.

I have hired Phil several times to work on my house doing handyman work. He does excellent work and I would recommend him to anyone needing small repairs done around their home or office. Phil is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable about repairs.

We used Phil for a long list of Handyman work items such as fixing broken drawers, installing a Reverse Osmosis water filter, fixing broken light fixtures, fixing clothing rack etc. Phil was a thorough professional and did an excellent job in taking care of all items.
